པར་ཟས་བླང་བར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཚོད་མ་དང་མཉམ་པ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཟའ་བ་གང་ལ་ཚོད་མ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ནི་ཚོད་མ་དང་མཉམ་པ་སྟེ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཟས་བླང་བར་བྱ་བའོ། །མཐར་ཆགས་སུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྟན་ལ་འདུག་པའི་གྲལ་གྱི་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཟས་བླང་བར་བྱ་བའོ། །ལྷུང་བཟེད་ལ་བལྟ་ཞིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་དང་འབྲེལ་པ་ཡིན་གྱི་ཟས་ལེགས་པར་བླང་བར་བྱ་བའོ། །བཅའ་བ་དང་བཟའ་བ་མ་འོངས་པར་ལྷུང་བཟེད་མི་བཟེད་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་བཅའ་བ་དང་བཟའ་བ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མ་འོངས་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་མི་བཟེད་པར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཡང་འདོད་པའི་ཕྱིར་འབྲས་ཆན་གྱིས་ཚོད་མ་མི་དག་པ། ཚོད་མས་འབྲས་ཆན་མི་དགབ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐོབ་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པའི་བསམ་པས་འབྲས་ཆན་གྱི་ས་ཚོད་མ་མི་དག་པ། ཚོད་མས་འབྲས་ཆན་མི་དགབ་པར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །བཅའ་བ་དང་བཟའ་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་མི་གཟུང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅའ་བ་དང་བཟའ་བ་དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་གཟུང་བར་མི་བྱ་བའོ། །བསྡུ་བའི་མདོ་བདུན་པའོ།། །།རྣམ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དག་གིས་ཟས་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྐང་ལག་རྐྱོང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་དག་གིས་སོ། །ལེགས་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྐང་ལག་རྐྱོང་བ་དང་ཁམ་ཆེ་ཆུང་ལ་སོགས་པ་མ་ཡིན་པས་ལེགས་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། འདི་ནི་བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་མགོ་མ་ལྔའི་ལུས་ལྟ་བུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཁམ་ཧ་ཅང་ཆུང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པ་ལ། ཁམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁར་ཚད་དུ་གཞུག་ཅིང་མིད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཁམ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། ཧ་ཅང་ཆུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཁམ་ཧ་ཅང་ཆེན་པོ་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁམ་ཧ་ཅང་ཆེན་པོ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཁམ་རན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རང་དང་མཐུན་པ་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་མཐུན་པའི་ཁམ་རན་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཁམ་ མ་གཟས་པར་ཁ་མི་གདངས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ཁམ་ཁའི་སྒོར་ཉེ་བར་མ་འོངས་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་ཁའི་སྒོ་གདངས་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །སྐད་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྒྲ་འགགས་པར་གྱུར་པའོ། །ཁ་ཁམ་གྱིས་བཀང་སྟེ་མི་སྨྲ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁའི་ནང་ཁམ་གྱིས་གང་བཞིན་དུ་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བྱ་བའོ། །བསྡུ་བའི་མདོ་བརྒྱད་པའོ།། །།ཙུག་ཙུག་མི་བྱ་བ་ལ། ཙུག་ཙུག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ཏེ་པོར་སྐྱུར་བར་སྟོན་པའི་སྒྲ་ཙུག་ཙུག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་མི་གསལ་བར་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མི་བྱ་བར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར

关于取食的规定。所谓“不要与蔬菜等同”，是指对于任何食物，不要像对待蔬菜那样随意取用。所谓“依次”，是指按照座位排列的顺序取食。所谓“看着钵”，是指要专注于钵，认真地取用食物。所谓“在食物未到之前，不要拿起钵”，是指在食物和饮料未送到面前之前，不要拿起钵，应当这样学习。还有，“因为贪求，不要用米饭遮盖蔬菜，也不要用蔬菜遮盖米饭”，是指不要因为想要得到更多食物，就用米饭遮盖蔬菜，或者用蔬菜遮盖米饭，应当这样学习。所谓“不要在食物上拿着钵”，是指不要在食物的上方拿着钵。这是第七条戒律。从以各种姿势吃东西开始，比如伸展手脚等等。所谓“应当好好地学习吃东西”，是指不要伸展手脚，也不要大口或小口地吃，应当好好地学习吃东西。这就像是五个根本学处的主体一样。所谓“不要吃太小的食物”，其中“食物”是指放入嘴里并吞咽的东西，因此称为“食物”，应当学习不要吃太小的食物。所谓“不要吃太大的食物”，是指也不要吃太大的食物，应当学习吃东西。所谓“适量的食物”，是指与自己相适应，也与世俗习惯相符的适量食物，应当学习吃。在食物未靠近嘴边之前，不要张开嘴巴。所谓“声音嘶哑”，是指声音变得沙哑。所谓“嘴里塞满食物时不要说话”，是指嘴里塞满食物的时候不要说话。这是第八条戒律。不要发出啧啧的声音，所谓啧啧的声音，是指发出表示厌恶的啧啧声，并且不清晰地重复发出。不要这样做，应当好好地吃东西。

The phrase "appropriate amount of food" refers to an amount of food that is suitable for oneself and also in accordance with worldly customs, and one should learn to eat it. Do not open your mouth until the food is near your mouth. The phrase "voice becomes hoarse" means that the voice becomes raspy. The phrase "do not speak with your mouth full" means do not speak while your mouth is full of food. This is the eighth precept. Do not make a smacking sound. The smacking sound refers to the sound of disgust, and repeating it unclearly. Do not do this, and you should eat food properly.
