ཕྱི་ནས་ཤེས་པ་དེས་ན་བདག་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བསྒོ་སྐལ་ཆུང་ངུས་ཡབ་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དཀོར་གྱི་འབྱོར་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་དག་ལས་གོ་འཕང་གོང་མ་དག་བསྒྲུབས་པར་ཤིན་ཏུ་འདས་ཤིང་སྐལ་བ་ཐོབ་པ་ཁོ་ནར་གྱུར་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་ལས་མ་ཐོབ་པར་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །ཡང་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་འདས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཁོར་བ་ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དག་གིས་དུས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡུན་རིང་པོར་མཚམས་སྦྱོར་ཅིང་ཉོན་མོངས་པར་གྱུར་པ་སྟེ། དེས་ན་བདག་གིས་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་འདི་ཧ་ཅང་ཕྱི་ན་ཤེས་པས་ཡབ་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བགོ་སྐལ་ཆུང་ངུས་དག་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་དུ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བརྒྱའི་ཚད་དུ་མའོ། །འདོད་ཆགས་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདོད་ཆགས་སྤང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །སེམས་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་འདོད་ཆགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྤང་པའོ། །ཤེས་རབ་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་མ་རིག་པ་སྤངས་པའོ། །དེའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་དང༌། ཤེས་རབ་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་དེའི་ཆོས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ལམ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་འདོད་ཆགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྤང་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྟོན་ཅིང་འཆད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །འདུག་ཅིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཉེ་བར་ཞུགས་པའོ། །མཐུན་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱ་བ་མཐུན་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །ཇི་ལྟ་ཇི་ལྟར་ ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་ཙམ་ཇི་ཙམ་དུའོ། །དེ་ལྟ་དེ་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་ཙམ་དེ་ཙམ་དུའོ། །ཅུང་ཟད་འགྱོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་རྣམ་པར་འགྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་གསུམ་ནི་འགྱོད་པའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཆུང་ངུ་དང་འབྲིང་དང་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར་པའོ། །འགྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ངན་པ་བྱས་པའི་ལས་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་དྲན་པར་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །འགྱོད་པ་ཐོབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འགྱོད་པས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་ནོན་པའོ། །ཅང་མི་སྨྲ་བར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁ་རོག་ཅིང་འདུག་པའོ། །ཡུལ་ཡུལ་པོར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ངོ་ཚ་བར་གྱུར་པའོ། །ཕྲག་པ་གློད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བརྩོན་པ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཕྲག་པ་ལྟག་པར་གཏོང་བའོ། །གདོང་སྨད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐུར་དུ་ལྟ་བའོ། །སྦོབས་པ་མེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བློ་ཉམས་པའོ། །སེམས་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ལ་གཞོལ་བའོ། །གནས་ཉུལ་ཞིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གནས་ལྟ་ཞིང་ངོ༌། །རྒྱུ་བ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྗེས་སུ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །མངོན་དུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མངོན་སུམ་དུའོ། །ཡང་

因为从外面才知道，我以声闻种姓的微小法缘，对于父亲的广大法财，已经远远超过了成就更高的果位，仅仅是获得了少许的份额。没有从佛陀那里获得，而衰退了，这是它的意义。或者说，远远超过，是指被轮回的业和烦恼，在极长的时间里连接，并且变得烦恼。因此，我以非常晚才知晓的方式，以父亲的微小法缘而清净了，这是它的意义。百千无数，是指无数个百的量。贪欲，为了远离贪欲，是指为了断除贪欲。心解脱，是指断除心的障碍，贪欲等。智慧解脱，是指断除智慧的障碍，无明。宣说他的法，是指心解脱和智慧解脱的法，也就是断除贪欲等的方法之路，为了断除贪欲等而宣说和讲解，这是它的意义。安住，是指靠近。相应，是指行为变得一致。如是如是，是指多少多少。如是如是，是指多少多少。稍微后悔，完全后悔，这三个是指后悔的状态小、中、大。后悔和懊恼，是指反复忆念所做的恶业，这是它的意义。获得后悔，是指被后悔所压倒。变得沉默不语，是指安静地坐着。变得羞愧，是指感到羞耻。放下肩膀，是指因为没有精进而把肩膀向后放。低头，是指向下看。没有勇气，是指失去信心。心专注，是指专注于内心。游历处所，是指观看处所。行走时，是指随行，这是它的意义。显现，是指明显地。又

Because I only knew from the outside, with the small Dharma fortune of the Shravaka lineage, I have far exceeded the achievement of higher positions from my father's vast Dharma wealth, and have only obtained a small share. Not having obtained it from the Buddha himself, I have declined, this is its meaning. Or, 'far exceeded' means being connected by the karma and afflictions of samsara for a very long time, and becoming afflicted. Therefore, I have been purified by knowing very late, with my father's small Dharma fortune, this is its meaning. 'Hundreds of thousands of countless' means countless hundreds. 'Desire, to be free from desire' means to abandon desire. 'Mind liberation' means to abandon the obscurations of the mind, such as desire. 'Wisdom liberation' means to abandon the obscurations of wisdom, ignorance. 'To teach his Dharma' means the Dharma of mind liberation and wisdom liberation, that is, the path of means to abandon desire and so on, to teach and explain in order to abandon desire and so on, this is its meaning. 'Dwelling' means approaching. 'Corresponding' means that actions become consistent. 'As it is, as it is' means how much, how much. 'As it is, as it is' means that much, that much. 'Slightly regretful, completely regretful,' these three refer to the states of regret being small, medium, and large. 'Regret and remorse' means repeatedly remembering the evil deeds done, this is its meaning. 'Gaining regret' means being overwhelmed by regret. 'Becoming silent' means sitting quietly. 'Becoming ashamed' means feeling ashamed. 'Dropping the shoulders' means putting the shoulders back because of lack of diligence. 'Lowering the head' means looking down. 'Without courage' means losing confidence. 'Mind focused' means focusing on the mind. 'Visiting places' means looking at places. 'While walking' means following, this is its meaning.
