Obtaining jewels, etc., and those who seek liberation in the heavenly realms, those who constantly wish for benefit, should rely on virtuous friends. This means that those who desire to obtain worldly benefits in this life, such as jewels and royal power, and those who desire heavenly realms for the sake of future lives in the world, and those who desire liberation for the sake of transcending the world, should rely on the Tathagatas who constantly wish for benefit and are endowed with compassion. Like this, virtuous friends and sentient beings embraced by virtuous friends, for the sake of becoming good and happy. The so-called "all-adorned" means adorned by all such as ordination and complete upasampada. The so-called "place of falling" means obtaining disrespect. The so-called "Dragon Mango Water Bank" refers to the water of the pond being full, marked by the mango tree, that is the water of the mango, and the dragon residing on the bank of the water is the Dragon Mango Water.
