If one is not invited to partake of a monk's food and demands it, then demanding the food constitutes a transgression. Eating it also constitutes a transgression. This means that for a place where one has been previously invited, if one stays longer than the invitation, this constitutes an offense. For a place where one has not been previously invited, this constitutes an offense of begging for food. The difference between the two lies in this. If a monk is engaged in alms-seeking and a woman comes with food, the monk should say, "I do not desire the ritual of begging." If the woman asks, "What does the venerable one desire?" One should state what one desires. Saying "Beg for whatever you desire" refers to when the four-month invitation period has completely ended, if the householder says that, it is an acceptance, so it will not constitute a downfall for staying longer than the invitation. If the householder says that from a house where one has not been previously invited, it is also an acceptance, so it will not constitute a downfall for begging for food. One should know that the difference between the two lies in this. The explanation of the seventy-fourth rule regarding the downfall of staying longer than the invitation is complete. Common refers to what is common to monks and nuns. The Sangha of both refers to the Sangha of both monks and nuns. Bearing refers to the accumulation of offenses through the nature of words such as "child" and other verbal misconduct. Head refers to the body. Accepting is a synonym for "taking." Small livestock refers to a young woman who has reached puberty. Holding all the Sutras means holding the treatises of the Sutras. Holding all the Vinaya and holding all the Matrikas also means holding the treatises of the Vinaya and the treatises of the Matrikas. Some foolish people say that the Matrika refers to the Vinaya spoken by the Bhagavan. But the Abhidharma is not spoken by the Bhagavan, so it is not a Matrika. Their view is that here it says "Holding all the Vinaya," so the Matrika of the Vinaya is

Furthermore, since it belongs to the category called "all Vinaya," it is explained in the Vinaya Pitaka itself. The content called "holding all mothers" is explained separately, so it should be understood as indicating that it is not the Dharma Abhidhamma itself, and thus it is excluded. The so-called "thinking wrongly, contemplating" refers to greed and so on, and the three contemplations of acting with a doubtful mind. The so-called "speaking wrongly, expressing" refers to lying and so on, and the four wrong expressions of speech. The so-called "doing wrong deeds" refers to killing and so on, and the three wrong actions of the body. These indicate separation from innate wisdom. The so-called "not holding the Sutra Pitaka" refers to not holding the words of the Sutra Pitaka. The so-called "not holding the Vinaya Pitaka" and "not holding the Mother Pitaka" also refer to not holding the words of the Vinaya Pitaka, and not holding the words of the Mother Pitaka. These indicate separation from the wisdom born from transmission. The so-called "not clear about the Sutra Pitaka" refers to not understanding the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka. The so-called "not clear about the Vinaya Pitaka" and "not clear about the Mother Pitaka" also refer to not understanding the meaning of the Vinaya Pitaka, and not understanding the meaning of the Mother Pitaka. These indicate separation from the wisdom born from thought. The so-called "not skilled in the Sutra Pitaka" refers to being very unfamiliar with understanding the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka. The so-called "not skilled in the Vinaya Pitaka" and "not skilled in the Mother Pitaka" also refer to being very unfamiliar with understanding the meaning of the Vinaya Pitaka, and being very unfamiliar with understanding the meaning of the Mother Pitaka. These indicate separation from being accustomed to the wisdom born from thought. If one is merely a child, a fool, unclear, and unskilled, there is no transgression, which means that because there is no intention to abandon learning, there is no transgression of abandoning learning, but it is not that there is no transgression of speaking from human faults. The explanation of the seventy-five transgressions of learning is completed here. The so-called "consulting" means reaching a consensus. The so-called "lurking" means hiding oneself and lurking from doors and windows, etc. The so-called "dense grass" refers to dense grass and so on. The so-called "dense thickets" refers to dense bamboo and thorns, etc.
