Because there is none, there is no downfall in this. The term "bank" refers to something that can stop rivers. The term "treading on mud" refers to stirring up mud, and because it is similar to destruction, it becomes a minor offense. The term "salt gate" refers to saline land formed by rain, etc., which is not elevated, so it becomes a minor offense. The term "having stones" refers to a place with stones. If it is said that there is a lot of land, it refers to the nature of the land itself, showing that there is a lot. The term "having sand" refers to a place with sand. The term "stellar conjunction" refers to a time of poverty due to association with stars, so it will be condemned by the world, therefore there is no downfall in this. If it is said that there is no permission, it means that if there is no other fully ordained bhikkhu, it is allowed, but if there is, it is not allowed. The explanation of the seventy-third precept, the downfall of digging the earth, is complete. The term "medicine of bliss" refers to anything that can be treated with bliss, such as ghee and sesame oil. The term "suitable for the time" refers to anything that can be eaten in the morning, such as flour and oil cakes. The term "suitable for the time period" refers to anything that can be drunk until the end of the time period, such as well-mixed drinks. The term "seven-day item" refers to anything that can be eaten after being blessed for seven days, such as brown sugar. The term "sustaining life" refers to anything that can be eaten after being blessed at any time, such as salt. The term "funeral feast" refers to a complete feast. The term "excessive begging" refers to begging excessively for food that is difficult to obtain. The phrase "adorned with armlets, earrings, rings, necklaces, and various ornaments, and adorned with unguents" means that the word "adorned" is connected to each word. The term "nearby" refers to the vicinity. In "having spoken these verses," etc., the term "becoming a place of anger" refers to a place that should be hated, that is, an unpleasant place. The excessive beggar threatens me, like a whetstone being sharpened with flour and sesame oil. This means that if one threatens with a sharp object, like a whetstone being sharpened with flour and sesame oil, harm will arise.

Just as a wild yak becomes angry, you threaten me like disheveled hair, that is its meaning. If you go to my place from now on, strike my head with a stone! This is saying that if you go to my place from now on, strike my head with a stone! Thorns are enemies, this is saying that disharmony is the enemy. Child, this is saying son. Inviting for four months, this is saying one month in summer, one day and night in short summer, two months in long summer, plus twenty-nine days, the four months from the middle summer month to the first autumn month. Unless invited separately, this is saying that inviting separately is because of respect, more than the time of inviting the Sangha, so there is no downfall. Unless invited again and again, this is saying that inviting again and again is because of effort, relying on more than the time of inviting the Sangha, so there is no downfall. Unless invited on time, this is saying that inviting on time is because of attachment, relying on more than the time of inviting the Sangha, so there is no downfall. Unless always invited, this is saying that it is obviously relying on others, so there is no downfall. If a Bhikshu possesses more than the four months of invitation, it will lead to downfall in all cases, this is saying that after the four months of summer invitation are over, whether it is a separate invitation or other unlimited time, whether it is bad food or good food, begging for it will be a minor offense, and eating it will be a downfall. If a Bhikshu is invited to eat bad food but begs for good food, begging for it will be a minor offense, and eating it will be a downfall, this is saying that the transgression of the place that was previously invited is stipulated in this way, and there is no transgression in begging for good food in the place that was not previously invited, the difference between the two lies in this.
