The term "earth" refers to pouring water from above the body with a vase, etc., in the manner of empowerment, and washing with it. The term "entering" refers to entering the water and washing the body. The saying "If the water reaches the navel, it becomes a downfall" indicates that if half of the body is wet, the bath is complete, thus showing it as a downfall. That is, empowerment starts from the crown of the head and the water reaches the navel, and entering starts from the soles of the feet and the water reaches the navel; both cases will each complete one transgression. The saying "Having bathed with the empowerment bath, then bathing with the entering bath," etc., means that if both empowerment and entering baths are started at the same time, and the two meet on one side of the navel, it shows that it becomes one completely fulfilled transgression. The saying "One should not regret this" is because it is not the meaning of bathing itself. The explanation of the sixtieth downfall regarding bathing is complete. The term "shooting five arrows" refers to shooting five arrows at anything, that is what is called shooting five arrows. The term "somewhat permissible" means thinking in the mind that it is somewhat permissible. The term "stretched like a cotton bow" is synonymous with being stretched only with both hands. The term "the sound of the string is raised" refers to the sound of the bowstring being raised. Here, it mainly refers to killing animals, not to the occasion of using water with living beings, therefore a separate downfall for killing animals is established. The explanation of the sixty-first downfall regarding killing animals is complete. The term "faculties fully matured" means that faculties such as faith are fully matured and correspond to obtaining the fruit. The term "definitely entering" means entering the path of seeing. The term "exhaustion of outflows" means obtaining the state of an Arhat. The term "severing the root of virtue" means wrong view. The saying "If you take full ordination before the age of twenty, you will definitely enter and exhaust the outflows" refers to scheming to make those monks, even for a moment,

Thinking that one should not touch, just taking that as a cause, those words were spoken, but in reality, the venerable Vinaya holder thinks that beginners have no fault, because they have already received the full ordination, and even if they have not received the full ordination, they can enter the right path, and it is not impossible to comprehend the ultimate view of attaining the exhaustion of defilements. The Blessed One said that beginners have no downfall, have you not heard that? It means that the Khenpo has no downfall, and the Sangha gathered there has not made a mistake, it is not appropriate to discuss these here, here it refers to that person will not become a fully ordained person, have you not heard the Blessed One say that there is no fault? That's what I thought. If someone asks, how will it fall? And so on, this is from the two aspects of impurity and loss, explaining that because it is not a Bhikkhuni, regret arises, which will lead to downfall. Because of Sanghavasesa and other reasons, regret arises, which will lead to mistakes. Because the time is wrong, the boundary is not demarcated, the karmic doers have not reached an agreement, and because the two of them are breakers of vows, etc., these words indicate that they are not twenty years old, the boundary of the karmic place is not demarcated, and the karmic doers did not participate in the way of breaking the vows. That is because it is the gate of thieves, it means that because of taking with a stealing mind, and speaking of the superior human Dharma, etc., these words indicate that regret arises because of loss. Not having received full ordination means that the nature of a Bhikkhu has not arisen. Incorrectly not having received full ordination means that the ceremony of receiving full ordination has not been completed. Receiving full ordination again means if one wants to. Not reaching an agreement with the karmic doers means demarcating the boundary of the karmic doers in order to jointly abandon the karma. Other purposes refer to other needs such as knowing the age. The so-called taming implements, the taming mentioned here refers to guiding to goodness. The implements for accomplishing it are synonymous with that cause. For these two situations, because there is no thought of regret, there is no downfall. Regret arises
