Staying in a place is for the sake of being delighted in solitude, away from both what should be done and what is not fearful; also for the sake of abandoning the bustle of nuns; and also for the sake of guarding the mind that dwells in the same Brahma-like conduct. To admonish with Dharma-filled words means words that cause discouragement and so on. "I or you can speak," and so on, because those nuns are to be tamed, so it is a word that makes the noble ones happy and joyful. "Ask completely, dispelling doubts," means to ask completely about such words that, when asked, dispel doubts. "Knowing all" means realization. "What is the meaning of what was said?" means examining the intention. "What is this like?" means examining the reasoning. These are for the nuns to generate fearlessness. "Venerable one, please speak the Dharma that makes one happy," and so on, are words of commitment. When the Noble One taught the selflessness of all phenomena, focusing on the six internal sense bases, he said, "Sisters, your internal sense base, the eye," and so on. "Internal" means that the mind is called internal because it appears again and again. Because it relies on it and enters with things, "internal" is synonymous with "following the mind." "Sense base" refers to the characteristic of the arising of the mind; because it arises and grows, it is called a sense base, which is a synonym for the cause of the mind. "This is mine" means that the eye is mine, as another self apart from oneself. "This is me" means that the eye is oneself. "This is my self" means that the eye is my self, and the rest is mine, following it, thinking that others are mine. "From the very beginning" means from the very beginning, that is, at the time of the path of seeing. "These six internal sense bases are without self" means that the characteristic of selflessness is due to impermanence, because there is no autonomy. "Truly" means without inversion. "With wisdom" means with uncontaminated intelligence. "As it really is"

"ུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means following only that. "དེ་ལ་མོས་པའི་སླད་དུའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means that even those who have risen from the path of seeing will lose the wisdom of selflessness. Addressing the six external sense bases, he said, "Sisters, you have the six external sense bases, such as form..." "ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means that the objects of the mind's nature become external, like this: when the senses change, the mind changes, but when the objects change, the mind does not change; when the mind changes, the senses change, but when the objects change, the senses do not change. Therefore, the objects themselves are external, and the senses are not external. Addressing the six aggregates of consciousness, he said, "Sisters, you have the eye and form as conditions for the arising of eye consciousness..." "བརྟེན་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means depending on. "མིག་གི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means depending on the eye. Regarding "རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པའི་ཚོགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་", "ཚོགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means gathering, because it is not a single entity. Addressing the six aggregates of contact, he said, "Sisters, you have the eye and form as conditions for the arising of eye consciousness..." "གསུམ་འདུས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means that the functions of the sense, object, and consciousness are the same. "རེག་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་" means similar to touching an object, because following it, happiness, suffering, and other fruits of the object arise. Addressing the six aggregates of feeling, he said, "Sisters, you have the eye and form as conditions for the arising of eye consciousness, and from the combination of the three, feeling arises from the condition of contact..." Addressing the six aggregates of craving, he said, "Sisters, you have the eye and form as conditions for the arising of eye consciousness, and from the combination of the three, contact arises. From the condition of contact, feeling arises, and from the condition of feeling, craving arises..." He showed the selflessness of the person, and because he abandoned the permanent dharma, he showed the selflessness of phenomena.

Because all phenomena demonstrate impermanence. O nuns, it is like this: for example, relying on sesame oil and the essence of a lamp, and so on. A sesame oil lamp is a lamp made of sesame oil. To burn means it is a synonym for abiding and increasing. Relying on it means relying on the lamp. Light means radiance. Constant and so on are synonyms. Or constant means constant in entering. Steady means continuously steady. Enduring means a synonym for constant, like the birth of individual beings occurring in sequence. Of unchanging nature means constant in abiding, even if it becomes invisible, it arises from the seed itself, like the seed of rice. True means not inverted. Those phenomena having arisen means the internal and external causes. Those phenomena will arise means the results. Will be negated means the meaning diminishes. Will approach and become peaceful means the accomplishment diminishes. Having become cool means the power diminishes, that is, having become soft. Will disappear means the continuity ceases. Having shown the internal sources of birth with the example of a lamp inside a house, it is considered that the external sources of birth are shown with the example of a tree outside a house. O nuns, it is like this: for example, a great tree and so on. Thus, having shown the two kinds of selflessness, now it is to show how the mind will be liberated by abiding in the internal and external sources of birth. O nuns, here, wise people will know all the meanings spoken by the example, therefore listen to the example for a while and so on. Wise people means wise beings. By example means by the example famous in the world. Therefore means therefore. A cow killer means a Chandalas. A disciple of a cow killer means a helper. Skilled means skilled at milking.
