There is no plowing at the time of no plowing, because there is no need. The so-called meaningful plowing refers to the plowing that is done because it is necessary to see the truth, etc. The so-called meaningless non-plowing is because there is no need, even if the Buddha, the World Honored One, understands the order of the Bodhi tree, he only speaks of one order. The so-called stopping with a water wheel means not stopping with something like a water wheel, but stopping with compassion and wisdom always accompanying each other. The so-called because he is the knower of time. If the knower of time himself can show what? The Buddha's actions, even if it is as fine as dividing a hair into a hundred parts, will not have any errors, because the World Honored One relies on taming, not only observing six times day and night, but also observing in order to keep the Dharma in the world, for what I should allow and what I should prohibit. The so-called being five years old and possessing five dharmas, allowing one to travel without residing, means that if one is five years old and also possesses the twenty-first five dharmas, that is, the last five dharmas mentioned earlier, then even without a fixed residence, one can walk and travel. So, here, is it important to be five years old itself? Or is it important to possess the last five dharmas? Here it is shown that both are important, so the Buddha, the World Honored One, said to the venerable Near Protector, etc. If one possesses the last five dharmas but is not yet five years old, one cannot walk. If one is five years old but does not possess the last five dharmas, then one cannot walk either. The so-called three knowledges refer to possessing the three knowledges, namely knowing past lives, death and rebirth, and the exhaustion of outflows. The so-called abandoning the three defilements refers to abandoning the three: greed, hatred, and delusion. The so-called not being five years old refers to the completion of ordination. The so-called not possessing the five dharmas refers to the last five dharmas. The so-called not being close means that if one is not yet five years old.

Or is it? Even if one is five years old, if one does not possess the final fifth condition, even if one possesses the three knowledges, namely the previous abode, death and rebirth, birth, and the cessation of defilements, one should not travel around without arranging a place to stay. Therefore, just as the three knowledges are not given here, it should be the same for others. The so-called "intermediate preparation" refers to connecting in order from the previously taught twenty-first fifth chapter onwards. In the previous preparation verses, it says: "Shariputra and ordination, complete upasampada dwelling, the nearby sangha is the collection, the fifth chapter's category is the collection." The category that was mentioned has been explained. The extensive explanation of the topic of dwelling is complete. If someone who wishes to ordain comes to someone, then he should ask him about the obstructing dharmas and then accept him. Therefore, from here onwards, the obstructions will be discussed. There are two types of obstructing dharmas: some obstruct the preparation for birth, such as not killing, etc.; some obstruct beauty, such as having a severed hand, etc. Furthermore, there are two types of obstructing dharmas: some are in the form of views, such as "Isn't he a heretic?" etc.; some are actions, such as "Wasn't he expelled by the king?" etc. All of these are shown in order. The so-called "preparation" refers to knowing that this is the preparation verse that mentions "heretic" from the general preparation of the basis of previous ordination. In order to show the limit of not allowing heretics to ordain and receive full ordination, the Buddha Bhagavan resided in Jeta Grove Anathapindika's Garden in Sravasti, etc. The so-called "dispute" is fighting. The so-called "fled" is running away. Because he followed him. The so-called "ignorant person" is the unknowing person. If the Buddha Bhagavan has already abandoned attachment and anger, then why would the Bhagavan use the degrading word "ignorant person" to degrade? The Bhagavan is for taming.
