is the uncontaminated samadhi. The so-called 'heap of learning wisdom' refers to the correct view of learning that arises from the continuum of a noble being, which is uncontaminated. The so-called 'heap of learning liberation' refers to the learning mind and the corresponding learning aspiration. The so-called 'heap of learning liberation knowledge and vision' means that if one becomes liberated from what is to be learned and aspired to, knowledge and vision will arise. The knowledge of the learning dharma and so on is knowledge, and the wisdom of the forbearance of the known dharma and so on is vision. Therefore, it is called the heap of liberation knowledge and vision. Chapter Nine. The so-called 'heap of non-learning morality, heap of samadhi, heap of wisdom, heap of liberation, and heap of liberation knowledge and vision' is the fifth and seventeenth. The so-called 'non-learner' is one who does not need to learn because they have abandoned afflictions, that is, an Arhat. This summarizes the five branches of morality and so on that exist in the continuum of an Arhat. So, how can the previous five and these two, which do not show the meaning of abiding in discipline, and which are extremely unrepeatable branches, be repeated? Like this, without fully understanding discipline, learning and non-learning are only existence, and for the object of uncontaminated morality, this is to be done, and this is not to be done. Whatever is fully understood arises only from direct perception, and is caused by the noble path. For the establishment of transgressions, some need to fully understand the Pratimoksha and so on. If you say so, there is no fault, because it has been said that they are ten years old. Like this, these two are noble beings, so in those ten years, they will undoubtedly strive to learn discipline. The Blessed One said 'ten years old' to show that they have autonomy. If these two do not have the meaning of abiding in discipline, how can these two become autonomous? Therefore, saying 'ten years old' shows the meaning of abiding in discipline. Thus, in the Sutra Pitaka

Because it is said that if someone thinks that their view is perfect and deliberately violates the precepts, there is no place for that. Knowing the origin, knowing the enactment, knowing the subsequent enactment, knowing the prohibition, and knowing the permission are called the eighteenth of the fifth. Among them, the so-called "origin" refers to the root of the precepts, where it originated, and what is the root, cause, and basis of that origin. This is called "origin." The so-called "enactment" refers to the various regulations of the precepts. For example, serious offenses need to be confessed in front of how many Sangha members, etc., should also be understood as included in the "enactment." The so-called "subsequent enactment" refers to the prohibition of matters that were previously permitted, or the permission of matters that were previously prohibited. For example, previously permitting the wearing of two kinds of shoes, but also prohibiting the difference between the two kinds of shoes, such as "do not make a clicking sound, do not make a thumping sound," etc., this is also a prohibition in the permission. There is also permission in the prohibition, for example, the non-time food that was previously prohibited was later permitted to the inner path (Buddhists), which is also permission in the prohibition. The so-called "prohibition" means that even if faced with a life-threatening situation, this root cannot be done in any way. For example, those who advocate asceticism say that even with the best tip of grass, they will not use it to brew or drink alcohol. Also, killing and other natural sins and sins should not be done. The so-called "permission" means that in the field where you can use it at will, doing anything will not have the fault of falling into sin. For example, in order to defeat the heretics, it is allowed to learn the heretical scriptures, "I allow it." These fifth (knowing the origin, etc.) and the following five such as "knowing the fall into sin" are only to show that they understand the Vinaya Pitaka. Knowing the obstacles, knowing the non-obstacles, the speaker and the follower, the ability to dwell and settle, this is called the nineteenth of the fifth. Among them, the so-called "obstacle" refers to anything in the Vinaya Pitaka other than killing, because they can cause obstacles.
