འཕྱར་བར་གྱུར་ཅིང་དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྦུ་སྙོལ་པར་བྱེད། །འབྱུང་བར་བསྐྱོད། མཚུངས་པ་ཉེ་བར་སྟོན་པ་མཚམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་འོངས་ཏེ་བཟོད་པ་གསོལ་ཞིང་རྒྱུ་གང་གིས་ནན་ཏུར་གྱི་ལས་བྱས་པ་དེ་ཡང་སྤང་བ་དག་ལ་བཟོད་པ་བྱའོ་ཞེས་ བརྩོན་པ་ཤས་ཆེན་པོས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་སྦྱར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་སྐྲ་འགྲེང་བར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྒྲ་དག་གྱེན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་འགྲེང་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྐྲ་འཕྱར་བར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྐྲ་དག་ཐད་ཀར་རྣམ་པར་འཕྱར་བ་ཉིད་དོ། །དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ནི་སྨ་བབ་པ་ཉིད་དུ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདི་ལྟར་སྨ་བབ་པ་ནི་སྐྲ་འགྲེང་བར་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། སྐྲ་འཕྱར་བར་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་གྲགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྤུ་སྙོལ་བར་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ཡུལ་ལ་སྤུ་འཁུམས་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །དེས་ནི་རྒྱགས་པ་མེད་པ་ཉིད་དུ་བསྟན་ཏེ་འདི་ལྟར་རྒྱགས་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་ནི་སྤུ་དག་ཏེ་པོར་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྤུངས་པར་སྟོན་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འབྱུང་བར་བསྐྱོད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ནན་ཏུར་གྱི་ལས་བྱས་པ་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་རིགས་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དག་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་སྨད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་བྱེ་བྲག་དེ་ནས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་ལམ་དུ་གནས་པར་འབྱུང་བ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བསྐྱོད་པའོ། །མཚུངས་པར་ཉེ་བར་སྟོན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། མཚུངས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡང་དག་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པར་འཇུག་པ་སྟེ། དགེ་འདུན་དང་འདྲེ་ཤིང་དགེ་འདུན་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་མཚུངས་པར་འཇུག་པའོ། །དེར་ཉེ་བར་སྟོན་པ་ནི་གང་གིས་འདི་བདག་ཅག་དང་མཚུངས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་ཤེས་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ལུས་འདུན་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་དང༌། རྗེས་དང་བཅས་པས་མཉེན་ཞིང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པའི་བྱ་བ་དང༌། མཛའ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་སྦྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་གུས་པ་དང་རྗེ་ས་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ནང་དུ་གནས་ཤིང་ཐ་དད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པར་སྟོན་པའོ། །མཚམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་འོངས་ཏེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་མཚམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་འོངས་ཏེའོ། །བཟོད་པ་གསོལ་ཞིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་ལ་བཟོད་པ་གསོལ་བའི་བསྔགས་པ་ལན་གསུམ་ཟློག་ཤིང་ངོ༌། །རྒྱུ་གང་གིས་ནན་ཏུར་གྱི་ལས་བྱས་པ་དེ་ཡང་སྤོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཐབ་ཀྲོལ་བྱེད་པ་ཉིད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྒྱུ་གང་གིས་དེ་ལ་བསྡིགས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ནན་ཏུར་གྱི་ལས་བྱས་པར་གྱུར་པའི་རྒྱུ་དེ་ལས་ཕྱིར་ལྡོག་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུ་དག་ལ་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་གསོལ་བ་དང་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ལས་ཀྱིས་བཟོད་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བརྩོན་པ་ཤས་ཆེན་པོས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མའི་ལྟུང་བ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་བཅས་པའི་ རྒྱུའི་ཆད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་བྱེ་བྲག་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །གཞི་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་བྱེད་བཞིན་པ་ལས་ཡང་བར་དུ་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་གཞི་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །འདི་ལ་ཡང་ཡང་བཞི་ནས་བླངས་ཏེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཡང་ཡོད་དེ་དེ་ནི་གཞི་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་བྱེད་བཞིན་པ་ལས་ཡང་བར་དུ་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཡང་གཞི་ནས་བསླང་སྟེ་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པ་སྤྱད་ཟིན་པ་ལས་དབྱུང་བའི་རྒྱུར་ཞག་དྲུག་ཆད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་བྱེ་བྲག་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །གཞི་ནས་མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མགུ་བ་ལ་སྤྱོད་བཞིན་པ་ལས་ཡང་བར་དུ་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་གཞི་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །འདེ་ལ་ཡང་ཡང་གཞི་ནས་བསླང་སྟེ་མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་ཡང་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ནི་གཞི་ནས་མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་བྱེད་བཞིན་པ་ལས་ཡང་བར་དུ་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་མགུ་བར་བྱ་བ་ཡང་གཞི་ནས་བསླང་སྟེ་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་པའོ། །དབྱུང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མའི་ལྟུང་བའི་ཟུག་རྡུ་དབྱུང་བ་སྟེ། ལྟུང་བ་ལས་བསླང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །གནས་པའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བསྟན་ནས། ད་ནི་གནས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ་དེའི་ཕྱིར་དགེ་སློང་ལྷན་ཅིག་གནས་པ་དང་ཉེ་གནས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཁན་པོ་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མཁན་པོ་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་ལྷན་ཅིག་གནས་པ་དང་ཉེ་གནས་རྣམས་ལ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཞུ་བ་ནི་མ་གཏོགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། གནས་ནས་གནས་ཀྱི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཀྱི་ལས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམ་པ་བཅུ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་ཤས་ཆེན་པོས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་ཀྱི་གནས་པའི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཀྱི་ལས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམ་པ་བཅུ་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་ཤས་ཆེན་པོས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། མ་ཞུས་པར་བྱ་བ་མི་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བསྟན་པ་འབའ་ཞིག་བསྟན་པ་མ་གཏོགས་སོ། །གནས་པས་གནས་པ་ལ་མ་ཞུས་པར་བྱ་བ་མི་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བསྟན་པ་དེའི་ཞར་ལ་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་ཇི་སྲིད་ལོན་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་དུ་མ་དང་ལྡན་ པས་མཁན་པོ་ཉིད་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱ་བར་གནང་བ་དང་མི་གནང་བའི་བྱུང་བའི་མཐའ་དང་བྱེ་བྲག་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་བར་དབྱར་གནས་པར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས་སོ། །དེ་ལ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལས་བྱེ་བ་བཀྲམ་པས་ཉོས་པའི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་ལོ། །མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་བར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁྱིམ་བདག་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་དེར་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་བརྩེགས་པར་རོ། །དབྱར་གནས་པར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྔགས་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་བས་དབྱར་གནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་གནས་པར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་པའོ། །ལྗོངས་སུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡུལ་གཞན་དུའོ། །ལོ་གཅིག་ལོན་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་སོ། །ལྷན་ཅིག་ནས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕྱིས་དེར་འགྱུར་བའི་མིང་སྨོས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལོ་གཉིས་ལོན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེའི་ཚེ་ན་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཉེ་སྡེ་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་ལོ་གཉིས་ལོན་པའོ། །མཐའ་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུའོ། །འདུག་གོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འགྲེང་བཞིན་དུ་སྡོད་པའོ། །དང་པོ་ཁོ་ནར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐོག་མ་ཁོ་ནར་རོ། །ཚོགས་བསྡུ་བར་བསམས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལོ་གཅིག་ལོན་པ་ཁོ་ནས་འཁོར་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པའི་ཕྱིར་བསམ་པ་བྱས་པའོ། །རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བར་མི་བྱ་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་པར་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མཁན་པོ་ཉིད་མི་བྱ་བའོ། །གནས་སྦྱིན་པར་མི་བྱ། དགེ་ཚུལ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གནས་ཉིད་མི་བྱ་བའོ། །དགེ་ཚུལ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པར་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔགས་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་སྟེ་གནས་སྦྱིན་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །ཁ་ཅིག་ན་རེ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲ་ནི་སྔགས་མེད་པར་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པ་ལ་བྱ་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་གནས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་འོག་ཁོ་ནར་དགེ་ཚུལ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པ་གསུངས་པས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དང་དེ་དག་དགེ་ཚུལ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པ་སྔགས་མེད་པར་ཡང་གནང་བས་འདིར་ནི་འདི་ཉིད་ཡིན་པར་གཟུང་སྟེ། གཞན་དུ་གནས་སྦྱིན་པར་གསུངས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་དགེ་ཚུལ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པར་བྱ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་ཚིག་དེ་དོན་མེད་ པའི་སྐྱོན་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱང་མི་གནས་པར་འདུག་པར་མི་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རང་ཡང་གཞན་ལ་གནས་མ་བཅས་པར་འདུག་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །ལོ་བཅུ་ལོན་པས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་ལོ་བཅུ་ཚང་བའོ། །བྱེ་བྲག་མེད་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱེ་བྲག་མ་རྟོགས་པར་རོ། །དེ་ཉིད་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར་བྱིས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས་ཏེ། བྱིས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མདོ་སྡེ་དང༌། འདུལ་བ་དང༌། ཆོས་མངོན་པ་དག་ལ་བློ་མ་བྱང་བའོ། །རྨོངས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་དག་ལ་བློ་སྦྱོང་བ་ན་བྱང་བར་མི་ནུས་པའོ། །མི་གསལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདུལ་བའི་དོན་གྱི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་བསྒྲུབ་པར་མི་ནུས་པའོ། །མི་མཁས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདུལ་བའི་དོན་ཉིད་མ་འདྲེས་པར་གཞག་པ་ལ་མི་མཁས་པའོ། །ཡང་ན་དེ་དག་ནི་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་ཐོས་པ་དང་བསམས་པ་དང་བསྒོམས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཤེས་རབ་དང་བྲལ་བ་སྟེ་གོ་རིམས་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཀྱེ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མི་སྲིད་པར་བསྟན་པའི་ཚིག་ཡིན་ནོ། །མ་དུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་སོ། །དེ་ནི་གནས་མེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མི་སྲིད་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །མ་ཞི་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ངག་གིས་སོ། །མ་གྲོལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་ཞེ་སྡང་དང་གཏི་མུག་དག་ལས་སོ། །ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མ་འདས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་མ་བཞི་བའོ། །ཡང་ན་དེ་དག་ནི་དབང་པོ་སྡོམ་པ་དང༌། ཡིད་སྡོམ་པ་དང༌། འཕགས་པའི་ལམ་དང་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་མེད་པ་སྟེ་གོ་རིམས་བཞིན་ནོ། །འདམ་ལས་མ་རྒལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་བའི་འདམ་ལས་སོ། །རྒན་ཞུགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡུན་རིང་ཞིག་ལོན་ནས་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའོ། །གཞན་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་འདུལ་བ་འདི་ལས་གཞན་པའི་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ཁས་བླངས་པའོ། །དུས་དང་དུས་སུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དང་པོའི་དུས་དང༌། འབྲེལ་བའི་དུས་གཞན་དུའོ། །གདམས་དག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གནོད་པ་དགག་པའོ། །རྗེས་སུ་བསྟན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕན་པ་ལ་གཞུག་པའོ། །ཡང་ན་དེ་གཉིས་ནི་ལམ་བསྒོམ་པ་བསྟན་པ་དང་བྱ་བ་དང་ནི་མི་བྱ་བ་ནི་བསླབ་པ་སྟེ་གོ་རིམས་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁྱིམ་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་འབབ་པ་ཁས་བླངས་པ་སྟེ། དགེ་ སློང་གི་དངོས་པོ་ལས་ཉམས་ཤིང༌། ཁྱིམ་པར་བབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །ལོ་བཅུ་ལོན་པ་ཆོས་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་ལོ་བཅུ་ལོན་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མཁན་པོ་ཉིད་དང་གནས་ཉིད་དང་མི་གནས་པར་འདུག་པ་ཉིད་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། རྫོགས་པར་བསྙེན་ནས་ལོ་བཅུ་ལོན་དུ་ཟིན་ཀྱང་གལ་ཏེ་འོག་ནས་འབྱུང་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྦྱར་བའི་ལྔ་པ་ཉིད་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་པོ་དག་ལས་ལྔ་པ་གཅིག་དང་ཡང་མི་ལྡན་ན་དེ་མཁན་པོ་ཉིད་དང་གནས་ཉིད་དང་མི་གནས་པར་འདུག་པ་ཉིད་མི་བྱའོ། The hair stands on end and causes the Sangha's hair to bristle. Proceed to arise. Showing equality and closeness, coming within the boundary, asking for forgiveness, and abandoning the harsh actions done by any cause, one should forgive those (actions), and should accomplish with great diligence. That the hair stands on end means that the hair stands upright. That the hair flutters means that the hair flutters straight. These two show shame, because it is said that shame is the hair standing on end and the hair fluttering. Causing the Sangha's hair to bristle means causing the Sangha's place to shrink. This shows that there is no arrogance, because those with arrogance will show very fluffy hair. Proceeding to arise means having done harsh actions, that is, from the state of being unreasonable, impure, and blamed, proceeding to abide on the pure path, striving to accomplish. Showing equality and closeness, equality means entering the true state, mingling with the Sangha, and entering equally with the Sangha. Showing closeness there means that with the desire of the body and following, with gentle and obedient actions, and with friendly actions, possessing both respect and reverence, abiding within oneself, and showing no turning back from difference. Coming within the boundary means coming within the boundary of the Sangha. Asking for forgiveness means repeating the praise of asking for forgiveness to the Sangha three times. Abandoning the harsh actions done by any cause means withdrawing from any cause such as fighting, and from the cause of harsh actions such as intimidation towards him. For those (actions), one should forgive with the Sangha's request and two karmas, and should accomplish with great diligence.
