, those who observe morality, and the sick. If one induces these three to die, hoping to obtain alms bowls, etc., and they die, it becomes a Parajika offense. If one cannot induce them to die, then the previous action itself becomes a grave offense. If, after inducing them to die, a bhikkhu feels remorse and retracts, saying, 'Do not die!' even then, the previous action itself becomes a grave offense. Even if the retraction is ineffective, and they die, the previous action itself becomes a grave offense. 'Even praising death is permissible' means praising death in the presence of someone who is clearly not pleased with death. 'Hey, you person!' is a honorific term in Tibetan. 'Living' means being alive. 'Sin' means the result of sin or the cause of sin. 'Impure' means that the basis of the body is impure. 'Wicked' means 'What is the use of this sinful, impure, wicked life?'. 'It is better to die than to live' means disparaging living and praising death. 'Saying' means speaking. 'The desire of the mind' means clearly wishing that person to die with a murderous intent. 'The mental elaborations' refers to the elaborations of hoping to obtain alms bowls, robes, nets, bowls, belts, and other necessities of life. 'In many ways' means in many forms. 'Inducing them to die or praising death to them' is also mentioned to repeat the praise of death in various ways in the presence of someone who is clearly not pleased with death. 'That person also' refers to that person. 'That action' refers to that very action of inducement. 'Having passed away' means having died. 'That bhikkhu will also incur a Parajika offense and will not remain' means as before. 'Even thinking of making fun' means with the thought of making fun. Furthermore, if a bhikkhu does not actually know, does not fully understand, and has not obtained, known, seen, or experienced the superior qualities of human beings, the ultimate state, and the distinctions of the noble ones, but says 'I know this' when he does not,

If someone claims to have attained realization and wishes to completely get rid of the faults arising from this behavior, then whether or not they are questioned later is fine. If someone says, "Venerable ones, I said I knew what I did not know, and I said I saw what I did not see, speaking falsely and untruthfully," then, apart from being arrogant, that monk has also failed and cannot remain in the Sangha. This is what is said in the Pratimoksha Sutra. The "certain monk" in it is the same as mentioned before. "Not directly knowing" means not directly knowing form through contaminated meditative states and formless realm wisdom, as well as feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. "Not fully knowing" means not fully knowing form through uncontaminated meditative states and formless realm wisdom, as well as feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. "Superior human dharma" means the dharma of nirvana for humans, because only humans can attain it, while hermaphrodites, bisexuals, etc., cannot, let alone beings in hell, animals, and hungry ghosts. "Superior" means that the form realm is superior to the desire realm, and the formless realm is superior to the form realm. Alternatively, "human dharma" refers to the five obscurations: desire for sensual pleasures, ill will, dullness, sleep, regret, restlessness, and doubt. "Superior" refers to abandoning these five obscurations. "End" refers to nirvana, because it is the ultimate destination. "Attaining the qualities of the noble ones" means attaining uncontaminated qualities. "Noble ones" refers to the Buddhas and their Shravaka disciples. "Attaining qualities" refers to the four fruits of the contemplative life: stream-enterer, once-returner, non-returner, and Arhat. "Knowing" refers to the four knowledges: knowing suffering, knowing the origin, knowing cessation, and knowing the path.

Yes, it is the wisdom that does not seek. The so-called "seeing" refers to the four kinds of seeing, namely, seeing suffering, seeing the origin, seeing cessation, and seeing the path. It is the wisdom that does not seek. The so-called "enjoying touch" refers to dwelling happily in the four dhyanas, which arises from samadhi, not from birth. The so-called "in non-existence" refers to the non-existence of things, that is, not manifested or impossible to exist. The so-called "though non-existent" refers to being non-existent in oneself, that is, not having obtained it. The so-called "knowing this" refers to, what is known? It is knowing suffering, origin, cessation, and path. The so-called "seeing this" refers to, what is seen? It is said to see the gods, the nagas, the yakshas, the garudas, the gandharvas, the non-humans, the mahoragas, the pretas, the flesh-eaters, the kumbhandas, the pisacas, the body-pisacas, etc. It is also said to hear their voices, and to say that I go to see them, and that they come to see me, and that I talk with them, say welcome, rejoice individually, and always live together. It is also said that they talk with me, say welcome, rejoice individually, and always live together. It is also said that I meditate on the twenty kinds of self-views, the four dhyanas, the four immeasurables, the four formless absorptions, the four fruits of a recluse, the six superknowledges, and the eight liberations, and say that although the liberation of both parts has not been obtained, it is said to have been obtained. These, too, are similar to seeing because they have already manifested, so here the word "seeing" is used to summarize. The so-called "from promise" refers to from the promise. The so-called "that" refers to that bhikkhu. The so-called "occurrence of downfall" refers to that basis. The so-called "wanting to purify" refers to wanting to rise. The so-called "other time" refers to at another time.
