Has been abandoned. Cessation has been directly realized. The path has been cultivated, which is called the third recitation, the path of no more learning. Some say that the twelve aspects are because each recitation has four aspects of suffering, origin, cessation, and path. Others say that the twelve aspects are due to reciting three times. The first recitation on the path of seeing says, "This is suffering," which also has four aspects of eye, consciousness, clarity, and wisdom. The second recitation on the path of cultivation says, "Suffering should be fully known," which also has four aspects of eye, consciousness, attachment, and wisdom. The third recitation on the path of no more learning says, "Suffering has been fully known," which also has four aspects of eye, consciousness, clarity, and wisdom. Similarly, the first recitation on the path of seeing says, "This is the origin," which also has four aspects of eye, consciousness, clarity, and wisdom. The second recitation on the path of cultivation says, "The origin should be abandoned," which also has four aspects of eye, consciousness, clarity, and wisdom.

Moreover, regarding the earth, there are also four aspects of the arising of the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom. Having done so, by distinguishing the truths on the paths of seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning, there are twelve repetitions. By distinguishing the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom, there are forty-eight aspects. Now, if it is said that repeating it three times in this way, saying it is twelve aspects, will there be any deficiency? Although it is true, nevertheless, according to the treatises of the Vaibhashika school (a name of a Buddhist school), the third and the twelfth are in accordance with the Dharma, and relying on the complete examination of each truth, the third and the twelfth will not be deficient. Like this, when completely examining the truth of suffering, there are also the three repetitions of the paths of seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning, and the twelve aspects of the arising of the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom. When completely examining the truth of the origin, there are also the three repetitions of the paths of seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning, and the twelve aspects of the arising of the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom. When completely examining the truth of cessation, there are also the three repetitions of the paths of seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning, and the twelve aspects of the arising of the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom. When completely examining the truth of the path, there are also the three repetitions of the paths of seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning, and the twelve aspects of the arising of the eye, knowledge, awareness, and wisdom. Thus, because the three and the twelve are in accordance with the Dharma, it is said to repeat it three times, becoming twelve aspects, just like showing expertise in the positions of two and seven. Having Dharma means that it is in accordance with the Dharma of Nirvana. The Dharma wheel refers to the path of seeing, because it is like walking quickly, abandoning harm, causing what has not arrived to arrive, abiding in what has arrived, rising and falling. The Dharma wheel is the path of seeing, also because the sutras say that the spokes and so on walk quickly. Turning is for the purpose of generating the function of truly knowing the meaning in the continuum of others. Now, like this, the Dharma wheel is the path of seeing.
