From improper reproach to the establishment of precepts, it is the same as before. If a bhikshuni goes to see the arrangement of an army due to some reason, then that bhikshuni should not stay in that army for more than two nights. If she stays longer than that, she commits a patayantika offense. The so-called "such a reason" refers to being specially invited by a king or minister. If eight obstacles occur, there is no offense even if she stays longer than that. The thirty-first patayantika offense is complete. The basic story is the same as before. When the group of twelve nuns stayed in the army for two nights, they disturbed and watched the arrangement of the army, and the soldiers were unhappy, so the training in discipline was established. Even if she stays in that army for two nights, if the bhikshuni disturbs the arrangement, or watches the army arrangement of flags and the elite of the army, she commits a patayantika offense. "Disturbing the arrangement" refers to watching the four ways of arranging the army, such as Sogkapa, Peng bird, boat shape, crescent shape, etc., disturbing it like that. "Flags" refers to depicting four images, namely lion, bull king, makara fish, and Peng bird. "Elite of the army" refers to things like the elite of strength. The thirty-second patayantika offense is complete. When the Teacher was in Shravasti, because women are naturally prone to anger and joy is short-lived, the bhikshunis who were coarsely joyful beat the assembly with fists and palms, etc., and reproached the bhikshunis who were shallow in meaning, from the Thus Gone One's teaching to the establishment of precepts, it is the same as before. Furthermore, any bhikshuni If she beats a bhikshuni out of anger, agitation, and intimidation, she commits a patayantika offense. "Anger" refers to being slightly angry. "Agitation" refers to being controlled. "Intimidation" refers to wanting to beat. In this regard, if a bhikshuni wants to beat with an angry mind, and beats with fingers or other limbs, each beat constitutes a patayantika offense. If she beats with a fist, she commits one patayantika offense. If she beats with a broom, etc., each beat constitutes a patayantika offense according to the number of brooms. When performing a mantra of knowledge, slapping with the palm, or slapping for the sake of midwifery or healing diseases, etc., is not an offense.

There is no offense. If beating a novice nun or striking a bhikkhuni does not cause harm, it is a misdeed. The thirty-third downfall is complete. The cause is the same as before. Spom Gam wanted to beat the bhikkhunis, because the bhikkhunis who were insignificant were ridiculed, and the training was established as before. Furthermore, any bhikkhuni who, being angry, agitated, and threatening, intends to beat a bhikkhuni, commits a downfall. The explanation is also the same as before. The thirty-fourth downfall is complete. The Teacher was in Shravasti when the twelve groups of bhikkhunis had Sanghavasesa and Parajika grave offenses, so the training was established. Later, when quarrels arose, and they accused each other of faults, and ridiculed insignificant bhikkhunis, everything was as before until the establishment of the training. Furthermore, any bhikkhuni who knowingly conceals the impure conduct offense of a bhikkhuni commits a downfall. The so-called impure conduct offense refers to the grave offense of Parajika and Sanghavasesa. If a bhikkhuni knowingly conceals an offense less than a downfall, she commits a misdeed. If talking about the offenses of bhikkhunis who are Sutra holders and Vinaya holders would cause harm, or if talking about the offenses of quarrelsome people would cause strife or great harm to oneself, then even if one knows the offense and does not talk about it, there is no offense. The thirty-fifth downfall is complete. In summary: comfort, fire, faith, speaking to one who has not received full ordination, novice nun and changing face, jewels and hot season. The Teacher was in Shravasti when the twelve groups of bhikkhunis had Sanghavasesa offenses, and other bhikkhunis talked about it and made them confess. Spom Gam and Tsug Gam thought, "We must make these bhikkhunis feel regret and displeasure," so they said to those bhikkhunis, "We will take food and give alms, and then go to the city to beg for alms." After saying this, they took them to beg for alms. The twelve groups of Spom Gam and others took turns eating food in the city, and after the time for eating had passed, they said to the bhikkhunis, "We have not received your food, go away." In this way, they cut off their food, making them hungry, causing them to fall down and lie down, and the bhikkhunis rebuked them.
