Once upon a time, there was a foolish student monk who always broke the precepts, so his teacher always made him confess. The foolish old man thought, "My teacher always makes me confess, I will make him confess once too." Later, when the bhikkhuni had finished eating and discarded the food, she found some food scraps on the ground and told the foolish old student to dispose of them. He thought, "I have found an opportunity to make him confess," so instead of disposing of the scraps, he took them to his teacher to eat. After eating the food, he said, "You have broken the precepts!" The teacher said, "I have not broken the precepts, you yourself have broken the precepts!" Until the establishment of the precepts, it was the same as before. Furthermore, if a bhikkhuni knows that a bhikkhuni's food should be discarded, but deliberately finds fault, thinking, "I must make this bhikkhuni break the precepts." Therefore, she took the opportunity to say, "Holy Mother, eat this, eat that." If she does not follow the rule of not leaving leftovers, and eats at the appointed time, she will break the precepts. The so-called "finding fault" refers to looking for opportunities to make the other person break the precepts and confess. For the two situations of not making the food into leftovers, but thinking it is not leftovers and eating it, or eating it with doubt, each situation will break the precepts. For the situation of already making the food into leftovers, but thinking it is not leftovers and doubting it, there will also be a minor offense. The above two precepts are not recorded in Indian texts. It is said that if the second precept is linked to a bhikkhuni, it is equivalent to a disciple of Bomagamo (transliteration). The twenty-third precept ends. When Shakyamuni Buddha was living in the king's territory, Devadatta, in order to divide the Sangha, had the Sangha gather and eat separately within the boundary. The World Honored One stipulated that within the boundary, the Sangha should not eat separately. The Twelve Schools said, "We have not established precepts for this." Therefore, they gathered and ate separately within the boundary. Those bhikkhunis with few desires were therefore blamed, and until the establishment of the precepts, it was the same as before. If they gather and eat, unless it is an appropriate time, they will break the precepts. The so-called appropriate time is when they are sick, when they are working, when they are walking on the road, when something happens, or during festivals.

Apart from such permitted times, within the boundary, there is a downfall for each of the consciousness of gathering and doubt. Outside the boundary, there is an offense for each of the consciousness of gathering and doubt within the boundary. Within the boundary, when the Sangha eats with the consciousness of gathering separately, even
