Thus, the training was established, and because of driving away the twelve groups of nuns, it was not established in the Vinaya. Thus, destroying the collection of seeds that cut off the root, and scolding those nuns who had few desires. After this happened, until the establishment of the Vinaya, it was the same as before. Furthermore, if any nun destroys or causes to be destroyed the collection of seeds and the dwelling place of living beings, she commits a Patayantika offense. Among them, the so-called "collection of seeds" has five types: root, stem, tip, sprout, and the seed of the seed. Among them, for the root seed, it is also considered a seed, and it is also considered to grow. If it is cut, it is a Patayantika offense. If there is doubt about a seed that is considered to grow, it is a Patayantika offense. If something that is considered a seed but cannot grow is considered to grow, it is a Dukkata offense. If there is doubt, it is also a Dukkata offense. Mistaking the root seed for a stem, and considering it to grow, if it is cut, it is a Patayantika offense. Similarly, mistaking the five types of seeds for each other, and considering them to grow, if they are cut, it is a Patayantika offense. If there is doubt, it is a Patayantika offense. If something that is considered not to grow is considered to grow, it is a Dukkata offense. If there is doubt, it is also a Dukkata offense. The so-called "living beings" refers to snakes, scorpions, bees, and so on. The so-called "branch" refers to a tree or root. The so-called "destroying" refers to destroying oneself. The so-called "causing to be destroyed" refers to entrusting it to others. Picking mushrooms, fish mint, cattails, and the like is a Dukkata offense. When walking, if the grass breaks by itself, or if it is made suitable by five means, there is no offense. For madness and mental confusion, etc., all the Patayantika offenses are the same, and it is said that there is no offense. The eleventh Patayantika offense is completed. The Teacher was in Rajagriha (capital of Magadha around the 6th century BCE). At that time, when the monk Gyatbu Nor was in charge of the Sangha's affairs, the nun friends and relatives also scolded Gyatbu Nor, and secretly scolded him. The nuns who acted according to the Dharma said that the monk Gyatbu Nor was the excellent one of the Sangha, and it was not appropriate to scold him behind his back. However, the nun friends and relatives scolded even more vehemently, and scolded those nuns who had few desires. After the Blessed One taught, until the establishment of the training in the Vinaya, it was the same as before. Scolding

Or to ridicule, then it is a Patayantika offense. To ridicule means to ridicule openly. To ridicule sideways means to ridicule secretly. In this case, if a Bhikshu is requested to perform twelve tasks and is appointed to the task of requesting, to ridicule without abandoning the task is a Patayantika offense. For a Bhikshu who has abandoned the task, if he is ridiculed or ridiculed sideways by mentioning the previous task, it is also a Patayantika offense. For those who have not been appointed to the twelve tasks, but only verbally requested, but perform the twelve tasks with their own wisdom, if they are ridiculed or ridiculed sideways, it is a Patayantika offense. For ordinary Bhikshus, Shramaneras, and even lay people who have not been appointed to tasks, if they are ridiculed or ridiculed sideways, it is a Dukkata offense. For those who are appointed to tasks but do not act according to the Dharma, if they are ridiculed, there is no offense. The twelfth Patayantika offense is complete. The Teacher was in the country of Vaishali, when a Bhikshuni named 'Loves Goodness' committed a Patayantika offense. If the Bhikshus and Bhikshunis who abide in accordance with the Dharma, for the benefit, happiness, and lasting happiness, say to (other) friends, 'Do not commit Patayantika offenses,' but instead contradict them. Like this, until the establishment of the training precepts, it is the same as before. To contradict the admonition is a Patayantika offense. In this case, if the Bhikshunis say to a Bhikshuni, 'You contradict the answer to the question,' for a Bhikshuni who has been admonished once like this, in the future, no matter what a Bhikshu or Bhikshuni asks, as long as they contradict the answer to the question with the intention of contradicting, then in all cases they will commit a Patayantika offense. For a Bhikshuni who has not been admonished by the Bhikshunis as 'one who speaks wrongly,' if they ask a question and then contradict the answer, all of them commit a Dukkata offense. If a Bhikshu or a lay person asks a question and then contradicts the answer, all of them commit a Dukkata offense. If they do not answer the question, they also commit a Dukkata offense. If the question is asked in order to avoid being killed or to escape, saying the same story, or when speaking, like when one cannot speak while eating, there is no offense. The thirteenth Patayantika offense is complete. The Teacher was in Shravasti, when many Bhikshunis were invited by a householder, and they left the beds and bedding without covering them, and then left, the Blessed One
