The difference in offenses is as before. If a bhikkhuni alone goes beyond one yojana between cities, and the remaining monasteries are also the same. If she goes about one yojana and thinks of returning, but does not return, she commits a sthulatyaya. The eighth sanghavasesa is completed. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in Sravasti. Many bhikkhunis went on pilgrimage and arrived at the bank of the river Khimlada, where a boat was on the other side. Then, a bhikkhuni named Krishna, who was formerly from Sravasti, said, "I can cross to the other side and bring that boat back." Having said this, she rowed the boat back and became exhausted to the point of death. The bhikkhunis called out, "Krishna, do not be afraid, do not be alarmed, save yourself!" Krishna was also distressed and, without crossing the river, reached the other shore. This matter was reported to the Teacher, and he established the precept. If any bhikkhuni alone crosses a river, this rule is violated from the very beginning and must be expelled; it is a sanghavasesa. "Any bhikkhuni" refers to Krishna. "Alone" means without a companion. "Crossing a river" means swimming. Up to "sanghavasesa" is as before. What is the offense in this case? If a bhikkhuni alone crosses or swims across a river, it is a sanghavasesa. Crossing a stream is a dushkrita. Traveling with a novice is a sthulatyaya. Traveling with a bhikkhuni is a dushkrita. The ninth sanghavasesa is completed. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in Sravasti. At that time, the general of King Prasenajit, named Kanta Shaktika, While they were away at war, their wives were engaging in sexual relations with other men. When they returned from the war and heard about this, they bound them and beat them with whips. Even after doing this, they could not control them. So they thought, "If we could control the villages in the mountains and rocks, we could control our wives." So they went to King Prasenajit and reported, "May the gods be aware! My wives are violating the law, so please establish a law to punish them." The king

Also rejoice. Later, a daughter named Nika, of an officer named Mena, violated the law. She was sentenced by many, her family completely abandoned her, and the king also issued an order. She pleaded with many, granting a temporary reprieve from execution, but to be executed after seven days. She was very depressed. Bumga Mo went to beg for food and went to Menaika's house, asking her why she was depressed, and she explained in detail. Bumga Mo said, "Then why not ordain?" She said, "Who can ordain me?" Bumga Mo said, "I will ordain you." Then she ordained her. Kanta Shaktika heard this and said, "Don't do that, kill her when the seven days are up." Bumga Mo heard this and took Menaika to request the nun Frangdenma. She said, "Are all the women dead? It is not appropriate to ordain someone like that, but I will ask the king." Then she asked King Light King, and the king ordered the minister, "If you kill an ordained person, I will be unhappy, do not kill her." Kanta Shaktika mocked, "Why did you ordain her like that?" and spoke ill of her. After this happened, they prayed to the teacher and established the place of learning, the place of learning. Also, if a nun ordains a woman who has been sentenced by many, abandoned by her family, and ordered by the king, knowing this, then this Dharma will fall from the beginning, and she should be expelled, which is a Sanghavasesa. Also, the nun "so-and-so" refers to the former Gamo. The woman "so-and-so" refers to Menaika. "Sentenced by many" refers to the group of the royal family Kanta Shakti. "Abandoned by the family" refers to the husband. "The king also ordered" refers to reaching a consensus. "Knowing" means knowing oneself, or being informed by others. "Ordination" refers to the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya. So, what is the fault? If a nun ordains someone knowing that she is the same, then for everyone it is a Sanghavasesa.
