Unchaste conduct is sexual intercourse. The term "dharma" refers to what is not dharma, and here it is expressed with the word "dharma." The term "done" refers to what has been done. Even with beings who have fallen into the animal realm, the phrase "subtle or similar to it" is a euphemism indicating proximity. The term "bhikshuni" refers to one who has received full ordination through petition and the four karmas. The term "parajika" refers to the final downfall, namely, being inferior, evil, unchaste, guilty, and dissimilar. Once such a downfall occurs, one is immediately no longer a bhikshuni, no longer a daughter of the Shakya clan, and loses the qualification of a bhikshuni, up to the point of "not being allowed to defile a bhikshuni," which is what is called parajika. The term "shall not dwell together" means that she and the bhikshunis shall not participate together in posadha, petition, petition and two karmas, or petition and four karmas, nor shall she be included among the twelve, therefore it is said "shall not dwell together." So, what is the downfall? If a bhikshuni approaches a support, relies on a support, and with a mind of relying on a support engages in sexual intercourse with a male organ, a hermaphrodite, a non-human, or an animal, whether it is alive and undamaged, or covered with something, uncovered with something, or not covered with something, it is a parajika offense. Just as with the living, the same applies to the dead and undamaged. If these are living and damaged, or dead and damaged, all are gross offenses. If a bhikshuni presses down on a lying-down bhikshu, if the bhikshu feels pleasure from beginning to end, and knowingly does not abandon it, then the oppressor becomes improper. If the bhikshu seeks pleasure like seeking a mother, and knowingly accepts it, then both become improper. Just as with a bhikshu, the same applies to a shramanera and a householder. The bhikshu, bhikshuni, and shramanera all become improper. The non-virtue of householders and householder women greatly increases. If a bhikshuni makes a bhikshu drunk with alcohol, or disturbs his mind with mantras, medicines, or knowledge, or controls him with power.
