The term "Ra" means that the two wander variously in the cycle of the five realms. The term "Righteous Admonition" is for declaring. Noble Sangha, please listen! Today is the fourteenth or fifteenth day of the Sangha's Uposatha. If it is the Sangha's time and it is appropriate, may the Sangha grant permission. Today the Sangha performs the Uposatha and recites the Pratimoksha Sutra. It is said, "This is the request." These are manifested from the distraction of the mind, therefore it is called Righteous Admonition. Among them, the term "Sangha" has six types: a gathering of four, five, ten, twenty, forty, and more than fifty. Among them, a gathering of four can perform ordination and Bhikshu vows, and everything else except expulsion. A gathering of five can perform Bhikshu vows, but not expulsion. A gathering of ten and a gathering of twenty also do not include expulsion. A gathering of forty or more than forty can perform all karmas. The term "Listen" is to induce respect. The term "Today" is the time of Uposatha. The term "Uposatha" is derived from the word "Posadha (藏文:པོ་ཤ་དྷཱ་,梵文:पोशधा,梵文罗马拟音:poṣadhā,汉语字面意思:growth of virtue)". "Posha (藏文:པོ་ཤ་,梵文:पोश,梵文罗马拟音:poṣa,汉语字面意思:growth)" refers to the Uposatha that increases virtue. "Dha (藏文:དྷཱ་,梵文:धा,梵文罗马拟音:dhā,汉语字面意思:holding)" refers to flowing or purifying. Generally, it is the name for taking vows on the six fast days, or for restoring and practicing when the branches of the Bhikshuni vows are weakened, therefore it is called Uposatha. In the Vinaya-matrika Sutra and others, it is also said: Why is it called Uposatha? Because it will surely abandon sins, non-virtuous dharmas, afflictions, untamed things, and naturally impure things, and will be able to obtain purity and naturally pure causes. The term "fourteenth or fifteenth day" is to know the time of Uposatha. Among them, mentioning the fourteenth day is because there is an intercalary month. In the land of King Rupahrdaya, an intercalary month is abandoned once every five years. In accordance with this, the Uposatha of the fourteenth year is six times. The fifteenth day is eighteen times. Among them, what are the six fourteenth days? The middle month of winter and the spring month

the small month and, the first month of autumn and, the small month of winter and, the first month of mid-spring and, the middle month of autumn and, the empty days of these six months are the Uposatha of the fourteenth. It is also said in the Vinaya Collection that the half-month of winter, spring, and summer months and the seventh month are the fourteenth Uposatha. Other than that is the fifteenth Uposatha. There are five types of Uposatha: Auspicious Uposatha, Destructive Uposatha, Harmonious Uposatha, Sudden Uposatha, and Seasonal Uposatha. The fourteenth and fifteenth mentioned here refer to the Seasonal Uposatha. Auspicious Uposatha refers to when evil dharmas and inauspicious omens occur in the Sangha, the Sangha gathers to perform Uposatha out of season in order to pacify these. In the Vinaya Collection, it is said that the Uposatha that is in accordance with the separate actions of the Sangha, that is, after performing the separation action, to pray for the Uposatha to be performed for purification and harmony. Tranquility Uposatha refers to the fact that meditation itself is completely pure, so it is for the yogic practitioner. Harmonious Uposatha refers to the fact that in order not to separate the permanence and cessation of the Dharma and the lightness and heaviness of the Vinaya, if the Sangha is divided and then reunited, if the Harmonious Uposatha is not performed, it will not be harmonious, so the Harmonious Uposatha must be performed. Sudden Uposatha refers to the fact that if unexpected situations occur to the sick, etc., the Sangha must perform Uposatha in order to pacify these. The day of Uposatha must be fully understood, and in order to announce it to the worldly people, it must be said to the Sangha that this is a certain day of the half-month, and for the sake of the patrons and protectors of the monastery, the monastery manager must recite the verses spoken by the Buddha as on a daily basis. The sun and moon must also be in accordance with the stars and the king. The so-called "time has come" refers to the time of Uposatha. The so-called "tolerance" refers to "if I tolerate reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra," this is the concluding remark. May the Sangha allow it. The so-called "reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra" has four ways: after saying the introduction, say please listen to others
