The action is to examine whether I have done well or badly. The "discord" of others means that my enjoyment of hearing and knowing is good, but the hearing and knowing of others is not like that, and one should not ridicule those who are discordant. The meaning of "not" is that this should also be added. Entering into the enjoyment of moral conduct, the antidote to observing the faults of others in what should and should not be done is called "showing," which means: others, what has been done and not done, is not. It means that one should observe whether one keeps the precepts, whether one does not keep the precepts, whether one does good, and whether one does not do good, and one should not observe whether others keep the precepts, whether they do not keep the precepts, whether they do good, and whether they do not do good. In this fortunate kalpa, when beings can live to be twenty thousand years old, a Buddha named Light Protector will appear in the world. During the time of that teacher, most of the Shravaka disciples would be addicted to the bliss of samadhi with desire, and therefore would not be able to completely eliminate afflictions. To counteract this, the Buddha proclaimed, "One should be mindful of the superior mind," and so on. This can also be divided into four: liberation from the enjoyment of the bliss of samadhi with desire; one should hold on to realizing all truths as they are; showing the merits of realizing the truth; and showing the order of abandoning all remaining habits of affliction. Among them, liberation from the enjoyment of the bliss of samadhi with desire is "One should be mindful of the superior mind." The "superior mind" here refers to the mind that transcends the vulgar and noisy, that is, the samadhi with worldliness. "One should be mindful" means that because it is a cause with leaks, one should not be attached to it. One should hold on to realizing all truths as they are, which is "One should learn the places of the capable one." The "capable one" here refers to the capable one in body and speech, that is, the Buddhas. The "place of the capable one" refers to the Four Noble Truths, which are the cause of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, or the place of birth of the capable one.

Therefore, it is taught that the noble truths are the abiding place of the capable. "Learning" means to realize directly. That which is called "showing the merits of seeing the truth" is: Nyer zhi rtag tu dren ldan pa. (藏文) Skyob pa mya ngan mi mnga'o. (藏文) This is it. Among them, "Nyer zhi rtag tu dren ldan pa." (藏文) means that having become the birthplace of the capable, by learning the noble truths, the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing are nearly pacified, hence it is called "nearly pacified." If it is nearly pacified in this way, then having abandoned the eighty afflictions to be abandoned by seeing in the three realms, one will attain the fruit of seeing the truth. It is of the nature of not forgetting, hence it is called "always mindful." "Skyob pa mya ngan mi mnga'o." (藏文) means that having abandoned the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing, not being under the power of afflictions is what protects the mind-stream, because there are no afflictions to be abandoned by seeing. Therefore, although one has attained the samadhi with outflows, it is only momentarily without afflictions, but it is also born in the next life and does not become pacified, so it is not mindful. Having learned the noble truths that become the birthplace of the capable, one is always mindful and protects the mind-stream, so there are no afflictions to be abandoned, as it is taught. That which is called "showing the order of abandoning the remaining aggregates" is: Byin pas bsod nams rab tu 'phel. (藏文) and so on. Here also, it is divided into two types according to the difference of realms, namely, showing the antidote to the afflictions to be abandoned by meditation in the desire realm, and showing the antidote to the afflictions to be abandoned by meditation in the two upper realms. Among them, showing the antidote to the afflictions to be abandoned by meditation in the desire realm is: Byin pas bsod nams rab tu 'phel. (藏文) Bsdams pas dgra sogs mi 'gyur ro. (藏文) Dge dang ldan pas sdig pa spong. (藏文) These are the four afflictions to be abandoned by meditation in the desire realm: desire, anger, ignorance, and pride. How are they abandoned? By giving
