They should discuss each other's faults, like grass that has been cut and has no roots and lies intertwined. In order not to discuss each other's faults, disputes are settled by spreading out the grass. Because disputes arising from actions are the only certain ones, the Sangha should pacify the remedies for whatever disputes arise. Like Brahma, it is unique; like Indra, it is twofold; like a king, it is threefold; those beyond these are noisy. Even if there are not seven methods of pacifying from questioning, is there no way to pacify disputes? Yes, if one of the two has passed away, or has become a householder, etc., or has been ill for a long time, or has gone to another place. In this way, whoever recites a single verse should fully enjoy the benefits of the Dharma, and do not doubt it, it is said. It has been explained how to pacify what, and the characteristics of each, thereby showing the characteristics of the existence of what can be learned. Now, in order to summarize and ask whether it is completely pure, for those who have disputes, with these Dharma of pacifying disputes, like the Dharma, the Vinaya, and the teachings of the Teacher, they should be tamed, pacified, and completely pacified, from "accepting it as it is" in between, because it is easy to understand, it is not explained. In the section called "Showing the Remedies for Disputes," the last part divided into two, called "Showing the Dharma to be Pacified" has been explained. The second part of the eight divisions of the condensed meaning of the Pratimoksha Sutra, called "Showing the Objects of Learning," has been completed. Now, the meaning of the objects of learning is summarized and shown, therefore, from "Noble Mothers" to "should strive greatly for joy." This is also divided into three types: summarizing into the body of the Pratimoksha, summarizing into the teachings of the Teacher, and also learning the Dharma that is in accordance with it. Among them, summarizing into the body of the Pratimoksha means: "Noble Mothers, I have explained the beginning of the Pratimoksha Sutra. Eight Parajikas and Sangha

The twenty transgressions, the thirty-three transgressions involving forfeiture, the one hundred and eighty transgressions, the eleven offenses to be confessed, the many precepts to be learned, and the seven ways to pacify disputes have all been explained. These are what the nuns should learn, and this is the way of individual liberation. Therefore, nuns should completely abandon the characteristics of whatever arises from the basis of any dispute. If that does not pacify it, then one should keep in mind the antidotes to the three poisons, make offerings to the Three Jewels, perform acts of service and veneration, and subdue it by fasting, etc. If that does not work, then one should seek the teachings of people of good lineage who have given with faith, even though their discipline is impure. The so-called "gathering into the Teacher's doctrine" means that the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Foe Destroyer, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, can be summarized and condensed into this much. The so-called "summarized" means included in the words. The so-called "condensed" means included in this meaning. The so-called "this much" refers to those mentioned above. The others are not explained because they are the same as what was said before. The so-called "also to be taken up are the five dharmas that are in accordance" means that with regard to the dharma that arises from others and is in accordance with the Dharma, you should also guard your minds with desire, harmony, joy, and non-contention, and strive diligently in mindfulness and joy. Among these, the so-called "arising from others" means arising from the treatises of the Vinaya, objects, etc. The so-called "also with regard to the dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma" means that one should also strive for those dharmas that are in accordance with the dharma of nirvana. The so-called "you" refers to the nuns who are hearers. The so-called "harmony" refers to rituals and consistent characteristics, etc., which should be practiced as in the six cases mentioned above. The so-called "accordance" refers to the four mentioned earlier, that is, becoming one behavior. The so-called "joy" refers to rejoicing in the manifest increase of virtue. The so-called "non-contention" refers to abandoning disputes in which views and desires for possessions are inconsistent with each other. The so-called "by guarding the mind" means abandoning.
