We now know that this Dharma also belongs to and is included in the Sutra Pitaka. The nuns then said: "Didn't you hear it when you recited the Pratimoksha Sutra before?" They said: "Our actions are only focused on desires, harmful thoughts, and harmful thoughts." After the monks reported to the World Honored One, the Buddha established the precepts. The twelve scriptures say: These precepts were not established for the nuns. Therefore, when reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month, they spoke in the previous tone. After the nuns reported to the World Honored One, the Buddha established the precepts, and the situation was the same as before. Also, if any nun preaches the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month, the holy mothers say: We now know that this Dharma is also included in the Sutra Pitaka and belongs to the Sutra Pitaka. If the nuns know that this nun has participated in the Uposatha two or three times before, let alone many times. If you don't know this nun, you can't be liberated. For the sins she committed, on the basis of handling them according to the law, she should also be blamed and said: When you preach the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month, you despise and neglect, do not listen to the Dharma, do not respect, do not take it seriously, do not take it to heart, do not concentrate, do not listen attentively, do not listen to the Dharma with all your heart, so you nun has not gained benefits, has not gained benefits, but has gained sins, and has not gained good Dharma. Let her repent. What this nun should repent of is this sin. Also, the so-called "which nun" refers to others similar to the twelve scriptures. The so-called "half-month" refers to the time of Uposatha. The so-called "Pratimoksha" refers to the four Parajikas to the seven dharmas for settling disputes. The so-called "Sutra says" refers to correct statement. The so-called "recitation" refers to complete declaration. The so-called "We now know that this Dharma also belongs to and is included in the Sutra Pitaka" means: We now know that this is produced from the Sutra Pitaka spoken by the World Honored One. The affairs of the two Uposathas.

The term "three" refers to having heard the Pratimoksha Sutra two or three times. Needless to say, many times, it means many times. The phrase "not knowing does not liberate" means that even if one does not understand, one is not let go, indicating that it is accompanied by transgression. The question "What transgression arises from that?" refers to any of the five previous transgressions. The phrase "make him act according to the Dharma" means to make him confess. The phrase "disrespecting and not listening to the Dharma, not regarding the teacher as supreme" means not being respectful and not revering. The phrase "not like a bone" is a metaphor. Just as the main part of the body is the bone, do not regard the Pratimoksha as the main thing. The phrase "not keeping in mind" means not familiarizing it in the mind. The phrase "not being single-minded" means not gathering all thoughts into one. The phrase "not listening attentively" means not directing the sense faculty of the ear there. The phrase "not listening to the Dharma with all one's mind" is because the senses have not been gathered. The term "not found" refers to virtue. The phrase "it is not found" means that that virtue has not been found. The phrase "sin is found" is because virtue has not been found. "Not finding the good" means not obtaining that itself. The phrase "make him regret" means to generate thoughts about the offense and to be saddened, that is, after making him regret, make him confess. The term "transgression" is the same as before. What is the transgression? When a Bhikshuni recites something that belongs to one of the five categories of transgressions, she does not act as if she were treating disrespect, the teacher, and the assembly. Not keeping it in mind, not being single-minded. Not listening attentively, not listening while thinking with all one's mind, if she says, "I now know that this Dharma belongs to the Sutra and the assembly," then all of it is a transgression. Growing old on the wrong path, and not knowing, there is no fault in the truth. For the beginner, etc., there is no transgression. The sixty-seventh transgression is complete. The origin is that in Nyen du yod pa na (Nyen, a place), at the residence of a believer who previously belonged to the naked ascetic sect, a mendicant preached the Dharma and subdued him, placing him in the place of learning, explaining the merit arising from material things, and the believer himself built and offered to the Sangha, and the Bhikshunis made needles from alkali, bones, and horns.
