It is as per the limitations one has taken upon oneself. This is not a branch, for if one says that having three Dharma robes, but robes that have not been blessed and not been distinguished, exceeding ten days, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. One should understand by following the explanation of the bowl. Thus, it was also asked whether a monk would abandon the one bowl he possesses. Those nearby said that if he abandons it without blessing it, he will abandon it. Therefore, this same rule applies to holding a bowl. When distinguishing robes, one should recite the name of the Khenpo. The benefits of laying down a mat are that the Blessed One said that it does not exceed ten days, does not separate for one night, is not put down, and one goes on pilgrimage wearing the upper and lower garments, gathers and eats, Eats repeatedly, goes to homes without being invited as a guest, seeks robes as one pleases, and from the middle of autumn to the middle of spring, the gains from laying down a thin mat become common, and one may hold as many undistinguished Dharma robes as one desires. Thus spoke the Blessed One. As long as one has not confessed and separately confessed those things that should be abandoned, if one places a bowl, Dharma robe, net, bowl, belt, or any other monastic's living utensils nearby, then one will also be abandoned due to the previous transgression. The author of the Sutras also said that if there is a transgression, merely possessing these utensils is itself abandonment. For nuns and female novices, it is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. For those who have fallen and those who have not arisen, it is a Dukkata. Nuns, novices, and female novices do not have the transgression of holding. Because for nuns and so on, the transgression of holding is not prescribed. For female novices, there are no eight transgressions, and for the two novices, thirteen have not been taught; the remainder should be understood accordingly. In separation, the place where the limbs of the uninterrupted place pervade is the boundary of the place. Nearby is about a fathom around. For a village surrounded by walls, fences, and ditches, that itself is nearby. If a Dharma robe is blessed and separated for one night

It is abandonment. It is not the case that blessing is something that is abandoned. Because blessing and abandonment have no connection with taking back again, abandonment is not the nature of taking back blessing. Therefore, when one abandons to another bhikshu for the purpose of confessing an offense, one should abandon to the one who has reappeared. At the time of abandonment, one should not bless another Dharma garment, because abandonment is said to be abandonment itself by first abandoning. Because blessing the Dharma garment is prohibited when abandonment is permitted. If one blesses another Dharma garment, it is not confession of an offense because there is no abandonment, because abandonment is said to be without ownership, and that (garment) is not there. Therefore, as previously stated, those who uphold the Vinaya think that after confessing the offense of the Dharma garment, it should also be blessed. There is no leaving from the dwelling. However, one should not dawn from within it to another place, for if it dawns, it is a minor offense. It is also taught that the samghati can be entrusted in five ways: when the bhikshu and the place with the door bolt are damaged, when it is raining and there is doubt that it will rain, when one wants to go to another village that is not separated by a river, when it is a place where no hard surface has been laid, and offering and the activity itself are the fifth. The author of the Sutra also said that. If there is no such cause, one should not go to the village without the samghati. One should not enter a house or dwell, as it is said, is it permitted for a monk to enter a village with an unsewn Dharma garment? The attendant does not allow it, but if there are such causes, it is allowed. Here, unsewn refers to the samghati, not the upper robe and lower skirt, because it is also said that one should walk and go among people with the upper robe and lower skirt, which is the text here. The author of the Sutra also said that without such a cause, one should not enter a village or another's house and dwell with it unsewn. Some think that the abandonment that causes confusion should also apply to bhikshunis. Those ten characteristics that have been spoken of should also be observed for bhikshunis.
