It is said that it is because of being a woman. Others, keeping in mind the meaning of the word "path" as something permanent, also explain starting from the "lenbu" as the actual meaning. Those must be determined to contradict the statement in the questions that touching hair, nails, and teeth, etc., is a gross offense. In the questions, it says, "What offense does a monk commit if he touches hair? A gross offense." "What offense does a monk commit if he touches hair?" It is said to be a gross offense. The author of the treatise also says that nails, etc., are related to others. Just like touching the body, touching this causes pleasure to arise. If it is said, then touching hair also has the same meaning. Touching the body such as arms and legs brings happiness, and touching the armpits and pubic hair of a lustful woman, for those with lust, brings even greater pleasure. But for that, the actual meaning is not lust, because it is not the body itself. Pleasure is not a limb here, because for those with great lust, due to improper attention, experiencing great pleasure without doing anything, it does not become the actual meaning. Then, why is it said here to start from the "lenbu"? Because it happened by chance, it is explained here, but this is not a limb, just like entrusting one's own doubts to others to solve. Or, in the differentiation, to the question "Does it start from the 'lenbu'?", the "lenbu" is clothing related to hair. Although this is said, starting from the "lenbu" is not a sanghavasesa. Then, how is it said in the differentiation? Because it happened by chance, it is said for the purpose of showing the differentiation of the sutra text itself, not a limb, because there is no indication of a downfall. Similarly, like this, in the differentiation, like this, if a monk fondles the head of a woman with female characteristics, if he fondles a place separated by clothing, it becomes a sanghavasesa. If he fondles a place with a barrier, it becomes a gross offense. Similarly, for the forehead, etc., as well, this teaching indicates that a downfall will occur for all bodies with sense organs, showing the downfall, but for the "lenbu" without sense organs.

Etc., those that are not the body are not. Likewise, even touching the toe, here, everything is briefly summarized and ultimately shown to be complete, which is for the sake of severing attachment to the body itself by the Sugata. Some preconceived notions should not be doubted that they will become baseless. Otherwise, since the Bhagavan said that hair and nails are the ends, he would say "even hair and nails" in this way to completely show it. Therefore, one should roughly view that penis as if touching nails, teeth, and hair without clothes in between, because it is a combination. The Vinaya holders say that because all other limbs exist, only the body itself does not. Therefore, this is a distinction between the various parts of the body with senses, how could one call a body without senses a body? Because they are very different. If touching the penis is not considered substantial because it has no senses, then how could the clothes related to it become substantial? Because it has no senses, it is abandoned far away, and there is no opportunity. Therefore, here, Nomba etc. is thinking of the pleasure with afflictions, if I possess the touch done by a woman, then which part of the body is touched that is a Sanghavasesa? A woman, whether alive or dead, here does not refer to a limb. Therefore, know that these completely distinguished characteristics will each become a Sanghavasesa. Just as it is said in the Sutra, if a Bhikshu touches the body of a dead woman, he will commit a Patita, it is a Sanghavasesa. Similarly, the commentator also said that death itself is not to be blamed here. A limb refers to a human reproductive organ, naturally existing, possessing the power to engage in impure conduct, the body is not damaged, not separated by clothes etc., a mind intertwined with a woman's lust, touching the body, possessing the touch, the body is not damaged. If a Bhikshuni speaks obscene words to a man, she will commit a Sthulatyaya, below
