What is meant by "three realms" refers to the three realms encompassed by relying solely on the disintegration of the aggregates of existence, namely the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. What is meant by "fame" is that melodious sound pervades those realms. For example, when the Blessed One first attained complete enlightenment, the sound first resonated on the earth, then in the sky, then in the realm of the Four Great Kings, and so on, gradually reaching up to Akanishta. If one asks, how does sound resonate in the formless realm? The answer is that when residing in the form realm, due to the presence of the habit of sound in the continuum, the cause is attributed to the effect, and it is said to resonate. This is shown through other qualities arising from the perfection of causes such as generosity, thereby becoming a means for accomplishing the perfection of benefiting others, that is, showing the perfection of causes. In terms of accomplishing the perfection of benefiting, it is proclaimed, "The sacred Dharma roars the lion's roar." What is meant by "sacred" refers to the Buddha, the Blessed One, because he has completely abandoned all defilements along with their imprints. What is meant by "Dharma sound" refers to the Dharma spoken by that sacred one, that is, the sound of the Four Noble Truths spoken from the throat of glory. What is meant by "lion's roar" is that the sound of the sacred Dharma is similar to the roar of a lion, therefore it is called the lion's roar, which frightens non-Buddhists like elephants, and gathers sons of lineage like lion cubs. What is meant by "proclaiming" refers to the teaching, because the wheel of Dharma is turned in twelve aspects through the three turnings of the Four Truths. Therefore, this shows the perfection of the teacher's activity, becoming a means for accomplishing the perfection of benefiting others through teaching the Dharma to others, that is, showing the perfection of benefiting. In terms of accomplishing the perfection of wisdom, it is proclaimed, "The all-knowing one." What is meant by the all-knowing one refers to the Blessed One, because he first shows the nature of things completely, uncommonly, immeasurably, and without error.

Has become perfect wisdom, showing perfect wisdom. Empowered by perfect compassion, he spoke of what is called "Achieving the Treasury of Jewels." The term "Jewel" refers to the Dharma Jewel of teaching and realization, which, like a precious jewel, is rare, valuable, brings joy, is beneficial, and is the antidote to those who harm non-humans, etc. The term "Treasury" refers to the Sangha of noble ones, the treasury of that Jewel, like a treasury of jewels, because they have become its vessel through scripture and realization. The term "Achieving" refers to having achieved the status of a disciple, because they follow the path of the teacher. Thus, this shows perfect compassion, which has become the method of perfectly ripening the retinue and perfectly benefiting others. Empowered by the excellence of the perfect result, he spoke of "Brahma and Indra touch the feet with the jewel of their crowns." The term "Feet" refers to the feet of the Tathagata, which possess the mark of the wheel. Regarding the term "Brahma and Indra," Brahma refers to having cultivated the special meditation of the first dhyana, having obtained the king of Brahma, the Great Brahma who rules over a thousand worlds. Indra refers to Indra, the lord of the thirty-three gods. These two are mentioned here because they are the chief of the earth and famous as the chief in a thousand realms, but others should be understood similarly. The term "Jewel of their crowns" refers to the crown of their heads, because that is the place where jewels are placed. The term "Touch" means that they bowed and prostrated with their heads. Thus, this shows the excellence of the perfect result, having become the method of perfectly benefiting others through the crowns of the heads of those who have attained the supreme result in the world. Thus, they showed the praise and offering by showing the qualities of the Lord Buddha, the chief of beings, and the perfection of benefiting others. After that, empowered by the qualities of the Lord Buddha, the chief of beings, the greatness of the perfection of one's own benefit, and the perfection of abandoning faults, the ocean of suffering is boundless.
