It is imperative to act in such a way that other monks also incur offenses. To discuss and remember. If it succeeds, that is good. If it does not succeed and all the Sangha are arguing because of offenses, then one monk should bless the karma with a single request. This should be done as follows: Sit down and say, "Venerable Sangha, please listen. Today is the fifteenth Uposatha of the Sangha. If we are all arguing because of offenses, if the time of the Sangha has come and it is permissible, please allow the Sangha, and the Sangha will bless this dispute for the sake of offenses today and perform the Uposatha. Afterwards, ask the monks who hold the Sutras, the monks who hold the Vinaya, and the monks who hold the Matrikas, and pacify the dispute, and then perform the offenses again according to the Dharma. This is the request." On the fifteenth Uposatha itself, if all the Sangha are not sure whether they have committed an offense, then they should bless the Uposatha with a single request.
