Nga. It is not inverted. The term "complete" does not mean knowing only a few aspects, but rather understanding all things. The term "immeasurable" does not mean knowing only a few sutras or tantras, but rather understanding the immeasurable collection of teachings. "Unique" refers to the eighteen unshared qualities, the ten powers, and the four fearlessnesses, which are not shared with Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas and are unmixed. If some non-Buddhists understand and know a lot but are mistaken and speak in a reversed way, then one might ask: Does the Tathagata also have errors in understanding and knowing? The answer is no. Because the Tathagata declares himself to be non-inverted. Therefore, it is also said in the scriptures that there are no errors. The term "jewel" refers to the Dharma jewel, and what is that? It is the nature of the Dharma of teaching, the Dharma of practice, and the noble path. Or it can also refer to higher discipline, higher mind, and higher wisdom. The term "jewel" is a metaphor, just as worldly jewels are very rare and precious, can dispel darkness and purify lakes, and whoever possesses jewels can fulfill their wishes, so too are the three trainings of the Dharma jewel very rare and precious, able to eliminate afflictions and attain the fruit of liberation, hence they are called the Dharma jewel. The term "treasury" refers to the Bhagavan himself, because he is the source of such precious Dharma, hence he is called the treasury. Or, because the all-knowing one has attained such a fruit of the Dharma jewel, he is like a treasury, so it can also be said that he has obtained the treasury. The treasury can also refer to the noble Sangha, because they are worthy of being the treasury and abode of the Dharma jewel, hence they are called the treasury. Therefore, the Bhagavan has obtained such precious disciples as his retinue, who are like a treasury, so it is said that the all-knowing one has obtained the jewel treasury. In this way, it is like a treasure of wealth, so it is called the perfection of treasure. Touching the feet with the jewel of Brahma and Indra's crown. This shows the perfection of the retinue, to which,

Some conceited individuals hold the view that Brahma and Indra are the Bhagavan, the all-knowing one. To abandon this view and to show that the all-knowing one surpasses them, therefore, the lord of the world, the most excellent and perfect Brahma, is the lord of the Sahā world, and Indra, the king of the gods. Brahma possesses the four immeasurables of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Indra is also the lord of the gods, and with names well-known in the world, he also bows his head in reverence to the noble one within himself. Looking at the precious jewels obtained through merit, adorned, touching the feet of the Tathagata and prostrating, he is even more endowed with qualities and possesses perfect power, or rather, he is worthy of being offered and revered by the world of gods and humans. Therefore, it is said: "He touches the feet with the crest jewels of Brahma and Indra." This is to illustrate that he is worthy of becoming the all-knowing one. Another explanation is that the feet of the Tathagata touched the crest jewels of Brahma and Indra, which can also be directly translated from the Indian language. Thus, Indra and Ishvara, etc., are offered and revered by the world of gods and humans, and possess many retinues, therefore it is called perfect retinue. "Crossing the endless ocean of suffering." This verse shows the excellence among ordinary qualities, suffering being birth, old age, death, etc., the three sufferings and the eight sufferings. Alternatively, karma, lifespan, and afflictions themselves are the cause of samsara, therefore that itself is suffering, and that suffering is very vast and boundless, so it is likened to an ocean. "Endless" is a synonym for samsara having no beginning and no end. So who can cross over from that? The Tathagata, the lord of beings, is able to cross over. Therefore, Indra and Brahma still abide in the ocean of suffering. Therefore, the Bhagavan surpasses them, so it is said that he is prostrated to with the head. Or rather, the lord of beings protects beings from falling into evil destinies, increases the ten virtues, increases the laws of happiness, and leads to liberation.
