On the mountain, there is a place called "Pond Surrounded by Stones." A person named Gyadbu Nor lived there during the day and meditated. At that time, the bhikshuni Utpalavarna's spiritual friend, the noble Maudgalyayana's son, was completely destroyed. The venerable Utpalavarna always served, respected, and prostrated to the Buddha, the noble Maudgalyayana's son, and the noble Gyadbu Nor, etc. One day, after she prostrated to the noble Maudgalyayana and others, she also prostrated to the venerable Gyadbu Nor and sat before him to listen to the Dharma. At that time, the two bhikshus, Friend and Landholder, were also always diligently seeking disputes. The next day, they both collected a lot of dust from the broom and came to the Pond Surrounded by Stones. At that time, a large herd of deer came to that pond to drink water. After drinking the water, the deer rode on each other and engaged in impure conduct. When the two, Friend and Landholder, saw this, they said to each other: "The bhikshuni Utpalavarna and Gyadbu Nor are engaging in impure conduct. Let's go and report it to the bhikshus." The venerable Kharnying also said, "We have already abandoned our parents, do we want to do the act of abandoning again?" The Landholder said, "Kharnying, are we lying? Now we are just taking a small part, it's okay, let's go and report it to the bhikshus." After that, they said to the bhikshus, "Gyadbu Nor and the bhikshuni Utpalavarna are engaging in impure conduct." The bhikshus said, "Venerable ones, you two have completely abandoned the gods and humans, and are associating with animals, sentient beings in hell, and hungry ghosts." The bhikshus also said as before, "Why did you see it? Where did you see it? Why did you see it while looking around?" The two of them explained in detail what had happened. The bhikshus with few desires ridiculed, saying, "The pure and innocent bhikshu, who is not someone else's part, is falsely accused of being a loser by others." They cursed and made unpleasant noises. The matter was spread in this way. After observing the ten advantages, the rule was established that "If a bhikshu..." These are the root words. Also, "If a bhikshu..." means Friend.

He wants to separate from Brahmacharya in any way means the idea that he wants to separate from the entity of Bhikshu in any way. At other times means at a later time. Asking can also refer to others. Not asking can also refer to oneself, being very regretful and spreading. Not a part of others refers to saying decapitation outside of Nirvana. There are four types of arguments: arguing with arguments, arguing without reconciliation, arguing with downfall, and arguing with actions. Arguing with a part that is not others is also extracted from some parts of tiny parts, which refers to being extracted from the mating part of male and female deer. Dharma refers to not being Dharma, but speaking in the voice of Dharma. Extraction means being caught. Bhikshu also dwells in hatred means wanting to slander. Speaking angrily is slander. The remainder of the Sangha means like before. What is the sin? The Bhikshu sees that the Bhikshu has committed the sin of decapitation, and then he thinks that this is not a downfall, looking at

If it is said that concealing opinions leads to failure, then all the remaining ones should be combined one by one. Everyone knows, it's like a painted picture, and there is no fault for a beginner. The origin of the schism in the Sangha is that the Buddha, the Bhagavan, was residing in the Bamboo Grove, Kalandaka, in Rajagriha. At that time, the monk Devadatta and his friends and followers, the monks Kokalika, Khandadeva, Katamorakatishya, and Samudradatta, etc., engaged in dividing the Sangha, and although they were prevented three times by the acts of proclamation and request, they were not able to succeed. Therefore, having broken the command of the Tathagata, due to afflictions, they incurred the tenth and eleventh residual offenses of the Sangha. At that time, a great famine occurred in Rajagriha, and food was very scarce and difficult to obtain. Therefore, monks who had attained miraculous powers took jambu fruits and amalaka fruits, etc., from Jambudvipa. Some monks took uncultivated and unplowed rice from Uttarakuru. Some went to the Four Great Kings and the Thirty-three Gods, filled their bowls with divine food, brought it back, ate it themselves, and also gave it to other monks. Then Devadatta thought: "Now that food is scarce and suffering is great, I too will manifest miraculous powers, eat myself, and also give to others." He thought of asking the Bhagavan for a method of miraculous power. The Bhagavan, knowing that if he showed miraculous power to Devadatta, he would generate such a great sinful desire, made him contemplate the five aggregates and did not show miraculous power. Similarly, when asked by five hundred elders, after considering it, he did not show miraculous power. Then, when asked by Light Protector with the Ten Powers, he showed the method of miraculous power. Devadatta, striving in yoga, attained miraculous powers, transformed his body into various forms, like a bird in the sky, like a fish in the water, and even pleased King Ajatashatru, who drank his saliva, and Ajatashatru also provided for Devadatta's livelihood. Then Devadatta thought that the Bhagavan was old and his retinue was diminishing.
