ང༌། འཐབ་མོའི་ནང་དུ་འགྲོ་ཞིང་འདུག་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་དང༌། རྩེད་མོ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་མི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། འདུལ་བ་ཕྲན་ཚེགས་དང་གཞུང་བླ་མ་དག་ལས་འབྱུང་བའི་བསླབ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དགེ་སློང་གིས་ཕྱི་ཕྱིར་བསླབ་ཅིང་བསྲུང་བ་ཡིན་མོད་ཀྱི་འདིར་མ་སྨོས་ཀྱི། གཞན་ནས་འབྱུང་བར་རིག་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་འདིར་ནི་རེ་ཞིག་ཤམ་ཐབས་དང༌། ཆོས་གོས་ཇི་ལྟར་བགོ་བ་དང༌། གྲོང་དུ་ཇི་ལྟར་འཇུག་ཅིང་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འདུག་པར་བྱ་བ་དང༌། བསོད་སྙོམས་བསླངས་པ་དང༌། བཟའ་བ་དང༌། ཆོས་འཆད་ཅིང་བསྟན་པའི་ཐབས་དང༌། བཤང་གཅི་བབ་བབ་ཏུ་མི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཕྲལ་གྱི་བསླབ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉུང་ཤས་ཤིག་བསྡུ་བའོ། །ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གླེང་གཞི་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཁོར་མོ་འཇིག་གི་དྲང་སྲོང་གི་གནས་རི་དགས་རྒྱུ་བ་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །ནམ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་སྐྱོན་མེད་དེ་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་ནས་དངོས་པོར་བྱས་པ་དེ་ན་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་སྔོན་གོམས་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་ཁྱིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་གྱོན་པ་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་ བདག་གིས་མཐོང་ནས་འཕགས་པ་དག་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་ནོར་ཅན་དང༌། ཚོང་དཔོན་དག་གྱོན་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་ནམ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་བ་དགེ་སློང་དག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགོངས་པ་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་ཟེར་བ་ནི་བདེན་ཏེ། སྔོན་གྱི་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཉན་ཐོས་དག་གིས་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཇི་ལྟ་བུར་གྱོན་པ་དགོངས་ཏེ་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་དང༌། ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་པ་བཙུན་པ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། གནས་གཙང་མའི་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་བཞིན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་བརྟགས་ན་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དེ་བས་ན་དགེ་སློང་དག་ངའི་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་གནས་བཅས་སོ། །དགེ་སློང་ལྔ་པོ་དང་ཉེ་བ་ལྔ་པོ་དང་བཟང་པོ་དྲུག་ཅུ་སྡེ་དང་གཞན་ཡང་དགེ་སློང་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་གྱོན་ཞིང་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་སོ། །ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སླད་ཀྱིས་དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་བ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་གིས་ཤམ་ཐབས་རབ་ཏུ་རྩེངས་ཤིང་གྱོན་པ་དང་དད་པའི་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང༌། ཁྱིམ་བདག་གིས་མཐོང་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་རྒྱན་པོ་པ་དང༌། དྭ་དང་ནལ་གྱི་བུ་དག་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་གྱོན་གྱི་འཕགས་པ་དག་དེ་ལྟར་གྱོན་མི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་ཤམ་ཐབས་བརྫེས་ལམ་གྱོན་ཅིག་བྱས་པ་དང༌། དེ་དག་རྗེ་ཐུར་གྱོན་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་མ་དད་ཅིང་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ཏེ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་འཕྱ་བར་བདེན་གྱིས་ཞེས་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པ་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོས་པར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་གནས་བཅས་སོ། །རྩེངས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་པུས་མོ་ལས་འདས་པ་ལ་བྱའོ། །ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་པོ་རྣམས་ཤམ་ཐབས་ལོང་བུ་ལས་འདས་ཏེ་ནར་བར་གྱོན་པ་ལས་དད་པའི་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་གིས་མཐོང་སྟེ་འཕགས་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་ཡུལ་ཀ་ཏ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རིགས་ཀྱི་མནའ་མ་དང་བུད་མེད་རྣམས་གྱོན་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུར་མི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་ཧ་ཅང་ནར་བར་མ་གྱོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། འཕྱ་བ་ཡུས་ཀྱི་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བར་མི་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་ བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཤམ་ཐབས་མདུན་ལོགས་སུ་སྣ་གཉིས་པ་ལ་ནར་ཞིང་གྱོན་པ་ལས་འཕགས་པ་དག་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་བྱིས་པ་ཆུང་ངུ་དང༌། ར་རོ་བ་དག་གྱོན་པས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་མི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་མ་གྱོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བསླབ་པ་བཅས་སོ།། ཏ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། དྲུག་སྡེ་པོ་རྣམས་ཤམ་ཐབས་སྟ་ཟུར་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་མེ་ཏོག་ཁ་གྱེས་པ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱོན་པ་ལས། ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་སྟེ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་གར་མཁན་མང་པོའི་ནང་དུ་གྱོན་ཞིང་འོངས་ཏེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་མི་རིགས་སོ་ཞེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། ཏ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཤམ་ཐབས་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །ནས་ཅན་གྱི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། དགེ་སློང་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཤམ་ཐབས་སྟ་ཟུར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཁྱིམ་པ་ལྟར་བསྡུས་ཏེ་ཐུབ་པོར་བྱས་ཏེ་གཞག་པས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནོ་ནོར་ཅན་དང་ཚོང་དཔོན་དང་བུད་མེད་དག་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་གྱོན་ཏེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་ལྟར་གྱོན་ཅེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། ཤམ་ཐབས་ནས་ཅན་གྱི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །སྦྲུལ་མགོའི་གདེངས་ཀ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཤམ་ཐབས་བགོས་ནས། ལྟེ་བའི་ཁུང་དུ་ཕྱིར་བཟློག་ཅིང་འཕྱང་བ་སྦྲུལ་མགོ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱོན་པ་དང༌། ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་རྒྱན་པོ་པ་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གྱོན་ཏེ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མི་རིགས་སོ་ཞེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། ཁྱིམ་བདག་འཕྱ་བ་ནི་ཡུས་ཏེ་ཆོས་གོས་ཧ་ཅང་མ་རྩེངས་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་གནས་བཅས་སོ། །ཆོས་གོས་མ་རྩེངས་པར་གྱོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང༌། དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཆོས་ གོས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོག་ཞིང་ཤམ་ཐབས་ལས་མར་ཐལ་བར་གྱོན་པ་དང༌། འཕགས་པ་དག་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་ཡུལ་ཀ་ཏ་བུད་མེད་དང༌། རིགས་ཀྱི་མནའ་མ་རྣམས་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་གྱོན་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་གྱོན་པ་ནི་མི་རིགས་ཏེ་ཧ་ཅང་ནར་བར་མ་གྱོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ཏེ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་བ་ཡུས་ཏེ་ཆོས་གོས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །དེ་བས་ན་ཆོས་གོས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན། འཇོལ་བ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྡམས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་རྐང་ལག་ཀྱོག་ཅིང་ཁྱིམ་པའི་དེར་དོང་བ་དང༌། དད་པའི་བྲམ་ཟེ་དག་ན་རེ་འཕགས་པ་དག་འབྱུང་པོ་དང༌། ཆང་གིས་སྨྱོས་པ་དང༌། ཤ་ཟས་ཟིན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་འགྲོའོ་ཞེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ཏེ། ལུས་ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྡམས་ནས་ཁྱིམ་པའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །ལེགས་པར་བགོས་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་ཆོས་གོས་བརྟུལ་ཏེ་ཕྲག་པ་ལ་གཟར་ནས་གྲོང་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་དང༌། ཁྱིམ་བདག་རྣམས་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་འགྲོའོ་ཞེས་འཕྱ་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་གྱད་རྣམས་གྱད་སར་འགྲོ་བ་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་མི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་མ་འགྲོ་ཞིག་ཅེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། ལེགས་པར་བགོས་ཏེ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པ་བཅས་སོ། །སྒྲ་བསྐྱུངས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཅ་ཅོ་འདོན་ཅིང་གྲོང་དུ་འདོང་པ་དང༌། དད་པའི་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་ཅང་གིས་མྱོས་པ་དང༌། བྱིས་པ་ཆུང་ངུ་རྣམས་དེ་བཞིན་འདོང་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་མི་རིགས་སོ་ཞེས་འཕྱ་བ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ཏེ། སྒྲ་བསྐྱངས་ལ་ཁྱིམ་པའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅས་སོ། །མིག་གཡེང་བར་མི་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་མིག་གཡན་མན་དུ་གཡེངས་ཤིང་འགྲོ་བས་ན། དད་པའི་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དག་འཕྱ་བར་གྱུར་པ་ལས་སྙན་དུ་བདས་ནས། མིག་གཡེངས་ཤིང་མ་འགྲོ་ཞིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང༌། དྲུག་སྡེ་རྣམས་མིག་བཙུམས་ཤིང་འགྲོ་བ་ལས་རྟ་དང༌། ཤིང་རྟ་འདྲེན་པ་དག་དང་ཐུག་པར་གྱུར་ནས་ས་ལ་འགྱེལ་ཏེ་མི་གཙང་བ་དང༌། འདམ་རྫབ་ཀྱིས་གོས་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ། 又，不应进入和参与战斗，不应参与各种游戏等等。此外，从《毗奈耶事分》和上师论典中出现的学处，比丘也应反复学习和守护，但在此未提及。应知从其他地方出现。此处仅收集一些暂时的学处，如如何穿下裙、法衣，如何进入城镇和住在居士家中，如何乞食，如何食用，如何讲经说法，以及不随意大小便等。关于“应穿圆形的下裙”的缘起是，世尊住在俱舍弥城的仙人住处鹿野苑。当时，世尊为五位比丘剃度并使之成为实有后，他们也像以前习惯的那样，像在家居士一样穿着。婆罗门和居士看到后说：“尊者们，如果富人和商人们那样穿，你们也一样吗？”那些比丘将此事禀告了世尊。世尊心想，居士们说的是真的，过去的圆满正等觉佛陀的声闻们是如何穿下裙的呢？诸天也祈请说：“尊者，就像清净天的天人一样。”世尊以智慧观察后，也如是说。然后，世尊开示说：“因此，比丘们，我的声闻们应学习穿圆形的下裙。”从而制定了毗奈耶的学处。五比丘、近五比丘、六十贤善部，以及其他由一位比丘剃度的比丘们，也都穿着圆形的下裙，如法而住。不应过于紧绷。这是因为后来六群比丘被剃度。他们穿着非常紧绷的下裙，被有信心的婆罗门和居士看到后说：“尊者们，赌徒和舞者就是这样穿的，尊者们不应那样穿。”

Furthermore, one should not enter or participate in battles, nor should one engage in various games, and so on. In addition, the precepts that arise from the Vinaya-kṣudraka and the superior treatises should also be repeatedly studied and protected by the bhikṣus, but they are not mentioned here. It should be known that they arise from elsewhere. Here, only a few temporary precepts are collected, such as how to wear the lower garment and Dharma robes, how to enter towns and reside in the homes of householders, how to beg for alms, how to eat, how to preach and teach the Dharma, and how not to urinate or defecate indiscriminately. The origin of "one should wear a round lower garment" is that the Blessed One was residing in the Deer Park, the hermitage of the sage in the city of Kosambi. At that time, after the Blessed One had ordained the five bhikṣus and made them real, they were also wearing clothes like householders, as they were accustomed to doing before. The Brahmins and householders saw this and said, "Venerables, if wealthy people and merchants wear like that, do you also wear like that?" Those bhikṣus reported this matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One thought, "What the householders say is true. How did the śrāvakas of the past perfectly enlightened Buddhas wear their lower garments?" The gods also requested, "Venerable, like the gods of the Pure Abodes." The Blessed One observed with wisdom and said, "It is so." Then, the Blessed One taught, "Therefore, bhikṣus, my śrāvakas should train to wear round lower garments." Thus, the place of training in the Vinaya was established. The five bhikṣus, the near five bhikṣus, the group of sixty good ones, and other bhikṣus who were ordained by one bhikṣu also wore round lower garments and lived according to the Dharma. It should not be too tight. This is because later the group of six bhikṣus were ordained. They wore very tight lower garments, and when faithful Brahmins and householders saw this, they said, "Venerables, gamblers and dancers wear like that, but venerables should not wear like that."
