Having been scolded, saying that this is not the behavior of a monk, it is forbidden to spread wood cotton on the bed, this is what is learned in the discipline. Also, the so-called "monk so-and-so" refers to being happy to listen, and others are similar to this. The so-called "Sangha" refers to the hearers of the Blessed One. Beds and beddings are actually used up. Wood cotton is any of the five types, namely Kasha, Buka, Shama Li, Kasha, and cotton, which is done by oneself. The so-called "put in" means entrusting it to others. The downfall is the same as before. To whomever you confess your sins, ask him, "Did you collect that thing?" If you confess or accept without asking, then you have committed a double offense. That downfall has not been confessed, so come again. The reason for not allowing the making of cushions that exceed the size is that it was in Shravasti. The Blessed One said to the monks, "In order to make the path of the Sangha smooth, make cushions according to the size." Many monks made cushions that exceeded the size, and ridiculed and slandered those monks who had few needs, scolding them, "Unsatisfied, never satisfied." Therefore, the size of the cushion was prescribed: the length is one cubit of the Sugata, and the width is half a cubit plus one elbow. Later, the venerable Kala Kala's body was long, and the cushion was not long enough, so in order to avoid making mistakes on the bed, he folded his legs and covered them with leaves to sleep. Later, the Blessed One saw it while touring the monastery, and asked, "What is this?" The monks replied, "Blessed One, because of the previously prescribed cushion size, Kala's body is too long and not long enough." Therefore, it was allowed to increase the length by one finger of the Sugata. The so-called "cushion" refers to the mat. The so-called "monk" refers to many monks and Kala, and others are similar to this. The so-called "do" means that it can be done by oneself or by others. The so-called "do according to the size" means that the size of the cushion is: the length is one cubit of the Sugata, and the width is half a cubit plus one elbow. The length can also be increased by one finger. This is the size of the cushion. The so-called "one cubit of the Sugata" refers to the teacher.

The height is three cubits. Later, one cubit was added, so the length is five and a half cubits. Width is called direct. Half the height and one cubit is called one cubit and six fingers. Exceeding that is called exceeding the size. Falling after cutting is called falling after cutting an object, and then one must confess. In front of whom one confesses the fall, that person should also ask whether you cut that object or not. If one confesses or upholds without asking, one commits a misdeed. That fall must also be confessed again. Falling is falling into the three lower realms. A misdeed is if a monk's cushion exceeds five and a half cubits in length and one cubit and six fingers in width, how much it exceeds will cause a fall. The reason why a monk's sore covering is not allowed to exceed the size is because it was in Shravasti. At that time, monks had sores and touched the Dharma robes, and the Dharma robes were also not proper, and flies gathered. People ridiculed, so the Buddha said it was permissible to cover the sores. The sore covering was also not washed, and flies gathered, and when it smelled and needed to be washed, wet it a little and throw it away. The monks exceeded the size very improperly. The monks with few desires ridiculed, and after hearing this, the Buddha rebuked the monks for being greedy and unsatisfied, and did not allow the sore covering to exceed the size, and established a place to learn in the Vinaya. A sore covering is called a sick garment. A monk is called a person who enters this Dharma. Doing is called oneself and others. Doing according to the size is called the size of the sore covering is like this, the length is four cubits of the Sugata, and the width is one cubit. The length is four cubits of the Sugata, which is six feet. The width of one cubit is three cubits. Exceeding that is called exceeding that. Falling after cutting is called the object being cut before falling, and one must confess. Falling is falling into the three lower realms. A misdeed is if the length is six feet and the width is three feet, exceeding that, all will fall. In front of whom one confesses the fall, that person should
