It is appropriate to seek its own nature, and giving is done by seeking its own nature. When building a city, when the Buddha was seated on the lion throne, he said, "The Sangha is all pure," and no one spoke. However, the face was not spoken, and there was a Bhikshu who had broken his vows, and Maudgalyayana's son saw it with his miraculous eyes and made him confess. The gap in between is defilement. The gap is the saying that one has committed a minor offense without committing a major offense. The gap is that one is not good at remembering, so he was ordered to seek what the self-nature of breaking the vows is. After the Bhikshu has broken his vows and confessed, if he cannot finally admit it, then he should be made to seek what the self-nature of breaking the vows is, and after confessing, forgiveness should be given. This is included in the dispute over breaking the vows. What should be admitted should be admitted. In the country of Gaya, the Bhikshu has the strength of an elephant, and when arguing with the heretics, he often violates the rules, so the householder punishes him, confesses and confesses in front of the Bhikshu, and then orders. If a Bhikshuni breaks her vows and one person exposes her, and they argue without restraint, then the vows that have been broken should be pacified. This is included in breaking the vows, etc. Giving grass to spread. In Rajagriha, many monks quarreled for many years, and the Buddha ordered them to forgive each other and reconcile and merge like a grass mat. For those who have restraints, there are two kinds of disputes: common disputes and factional disputes. Among them, the Sangha disputes in common, and their respective abbots should reconcile and pacify. The factional dispute is that if about ten people in the Sangha quarrel with each other, then other Sanghas should reconcile and pacify. This is included in breaking the vows, etc. The dispute over actions applies to all seven of these. There are four kinds of things that are naturally pacified without the need for taming: the kalpa of death and transference, the kalpa of chronic illness, the kalpa arising from the property of the Bhikshu, and the kalpa caused by migrating to another realm. Those who have been in dispute are those who have had four disputes. Disputes should be pacified.

These seven dharmas should be harmonized, pacified, and completely pacified according to the Dharma and Vinaya, as taught by the Buddha. What is said here means that you should definitely use the seven methods of pacification to pacify and harmonize. Among them, "Dharma" refers to the Dharma of seeing, hearing, and doubt. "Vinaya" refers to taming with time, solitude, meaningfulness, and friendliness. "As taught by the Buddha" means that it should be like the twelve divisions of scripture. Another explanation is that "Dharma" refers to the practice of Abhidharma. "Vinaya" refers to the training of higher morality. "Buddha's teaching" refers to the training of higher wisdom. "Should be tamed" means that the faults of disputes must not occur again. "Should be pacified" means that disputes that have already occurred must be pacified. "Completely pacified" means that even if it has been reconciled or completely pacified, disputes must not occur again in the future. Another explanation is that "Vinaya" refers to the initial act of reconciling disputes. "Pacify" refers to the object of pacification. "Completely pacified" means that even if it has been reconciled, disputes must not occur again in the future. Regardless of whether the dispute is pacified or not, if a dispute occurs, ask whether it has been dealt with by these seven methods of pacification. Apart from the pacification of actions, other disputes are also possible, and all seven methods are not necessarily required. Among them, inconsistent disputes, such as permanence and impermanence, momentary and non-momentary, whether the gain of Dharma depends on the individual or on the scriptures, and so on. Because it is an unharmonious dispute, it should be pacified by present taming or giving many cubits. Disputes that do not give scriptures, such as accusing the innocent, or accusing others of offenses, or others accusing themselves, or confessing the sins that have occurred, etc., even if remedial measures have been taken, the other party still says, "I am not guilty." Refuting like this, or saying, "What sin do I have? Refuting the scriptures, etc." Because this is a dispute, it should be pacified by these three methods: present taming, mindfulness taming, and non-deluded taming.
