There is no fault. Furthermore, regarding knowing that the Sangha has given the training precepts to a house that has become a disciple's home. If any bhikshu, knowing that this is a disciple's home of the Sangha and that the training precepts have been given, goes there without having been invited before, and takes food and drink with his own hand to cook or eat, that bhikshu should go outside the monastery and say to the bhikshus: "Venerable ones, it is not proper for me to be in a position to be blamed, this is an offense to be confessed individually, it should be confessed individually." This offense should also be confessed individually. When the Buddha was residing in Vaishali, there was a great patron named Lion who provided all necessities to the Buddha and the bhikshus, and thus became poor. He made a rule that he would not accept food until his mother died. Shariputra and Maudgalyayana were invited by the patron, and the group of six bhikshus went there without being invited. They shared the remaining food of the patron, and thus received food. After that, the food for the children was cut off. From that time on, a bhikshu with few desires established this rule from the fine. The literal meaning of the words is just a connecting word. "Disciple's home" refers to that patron who has attained the fruit of stream-entry and abides in the position of a disciple. There is no fault in eating food after being invited by the householder, or going there without being invited, using only a cushion and teaching the Dharma, or taking food given by the patron after seeing the patron lower the standard. If any bhikshu knows that the Sangha's monastery is a place with suspicion, a place with fear, a place with fear and decay, if any bhikshu knows that the Sangha's place is a place with suspicion, a place with fear, a place with fear and decay, similar places, in a place that has not been investigated beforehand, outside the monastery, takes food and drink to cook or eat, then that bhikshu should say to the bhikshus: "Venerable ones, it is not proper for me to be in a position to be blamed, this is an offense to be confessed individually, it should be confessed individually." This offense should also be confessed individually. The Buddha was residing in the city of Gold

When the Buddha was residing in the land of the Shakyas, he taught the Dharma there, causing the Shakyas to become devoted. The next day, the Buddha and the monks residing in the Shakya territory were offered a meal. They filled carts with food and various provisions. The Shakya women were sent ahead, and the men followed behind. As a result, the Shakya women were attacked by thieves in the dense forest. Their various ornaments, clothes, and much food were stolen. The women hid among the grass and bushes, remaining naked. Since they were as indistinguishable as tsampa, the group of six monks went out for alms. On the way, they saw that the patrons' wives had already been robbed by thieves. They were naked, eating the leftover scraps of food. Later, the Shakyas came along, caught the thieves, and recovered the ornaments and food. Men and women, young and old, all went to the Sangha to offer the meal. During the distribution of food, the women deducted the share of the group of six monks. When others asked why they did this, they replied, "They had already eaten on the road and said many unpleasant things to us." Regarding the selection of a monastery site, one should examine the surrounding half-yojana area. If thieves are seen, smoke should be released on the road, a blue flag should be raised, and green leaves should be thrown on the road. If there are no thieves, a white flag should be raised on the road. If one eats food outside the temple without investigation, one should confess. Even if investigated, eating inside the temple is the same as eating outside. Venerable ones, the four transgressions that each should confess have been explained. To this, I ask the venerable ones, "Is it completely pure here?" If it is completely pure here for the venerable ones, then why does no one speak, but rather tacitly agree? It is like speaking after the fact. In short, there are seven types of lower garments, three types of upper garments, five types of very tight bindings, five types of head coverings, five types of jumping, nine things that should be done, and eight things of giving and receiving. Venerable ones, these precepts that should be learned arise from reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month.
