Venerable Sangha, please listen: This Bhikshu named "So-and-so" is willing to conceal the dispute of the Sangha. Therefore, if the Sangha is to appoint this person named "So-and-so" to conceal the dispute, then those venerable ones who approve of appointing this person named "So-and-so" to conceal the dispute, please remain silent. Those who do not approve, please speak. The Sangha has approved and permitted, and the Sangha has appointed this person named "So-and-so" to conceal the dispute. Because everyone remains silent, it is considered approved. After that, he narrates the previous events to the Sangha with elders and Vinaya, and arranges the order of supplication for three months, which is done as follows: The dispute concealer takes the cause of the dispute and goes to another Sangha with elders and Vinaya, narrates the history of how the dispute occurred, and within three months supplicates them to pacify this dispute. The ritual for the dispute concealer to supplicate the dispute is as follows: He prepares a seat there, strikes the Ghandi, and admonishes the Bhikshus with written words. When all the Sangha have gathered and are in harmony, he takes off his shoes, prostrates to the elders, then squats and joins his palms, and supplicates by reciting the mantra once. I, the bhikshu who conceals the dispute, named so-and-so, present this dispute to the Sangha with elders and the Pratimoksha. I pray that you, the venerable Sangha, will quell this dispute within three months.” That is what they said.
