What can I do for you? Arhats are not allowed to know and see without thinking, therefore, the venerable Carka also entered at an inappropriate time and taught him the Dharma, and then began to leave. He said: Holy One, I am happy to see you. Please stay for a moment. He held the venerable Carka until it was very late at night. The leader of the thieves also drew his sword and stood at the door. Then, the venerable Carka was taken out, and the leader of the thieves, with a merciless thought, sent him to the next world, cut off the head of the venerable Carka, and knocked him down. The two who sent him to the next world with a merciless thought hid the body of the venerable Carka in a pile of garbage. That day, at the Uposatha ceremony, an old Dharma teacher sat in the corner and said: Has anyone accepted the wish of the monk Carka? The monk Carka is gone. Then, the Blessed One said to the monks: Monks, kill that best of the householder believers, take his Dharma robes, and offer them to his body. Blessed One, Holy One, when the gate of Sravasti (Nyāṇ-yod, ancient Indian city, now in Uttar Pradesh) was closed, the Blessed One emitted a golden-colored light. This caused the entire Sravasti to be filled with a light like the color of refined gold. King Prasenajit of Kosala (Gsal-gyal) saw this and thought, what is going on? The Blessed One must have passed into Nirvana. So, he took the concubines, took the keys of Sravasti, opened the gate, and the Blessed One had already entered Sravasti. The Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, are difficult to approach and difficult to endure, so they could not report to the Buddha, the Blessed One. When the Blessed One went forward with the Sangha of monks, King Prasenajit of Kosala, with the concubines, followed step by step, and when they came to the direction of the garbage pile. Then, the Blessed One said to the monks: Monks, that best of the householder believers.

Here, the hermits came out, and when those with life saw the noble truths relying on Acharya, they prayed: 'Venerable One, this is our good friend, does the Venerable One allow us to make offerings with this body?' The Venerable One did not allow it. King Prasenajit of Kosala prayed: 'This is my younger brother and friend, does the Venerable One allow me to make offerings with this body?' The Venerable One did not allow it. Bhikkhuni Utpalavarna prayed: 'This is my teacher, does the Venerable One allow me to make offerings with this body?' The Venerable One allowed it. Then, Bhikkhuni Utpalavarna had the body of the venerable Acharya decorated with song and dance, bathed in scented water, decorated the coffin with cloths of various colors, and then placed it inside. Then, the Venerable One, together with the Sangha of Sravakas, went forward, and the king and queen and their retinue followed behind, and went to a spacious place. Bhikkhuni Utpalavarna piled up a pyre with all kinds of fragrant wood, burned it, extinguished it with milk, put the ashes in a golden vase, built a stupa of the body at the crossroads of the main road, erected umbrellas, banners and flags, and made offerings with incense, garlands, music, incense, lamps and musical instruments. After prostrating at his feet, the Venerable One declared the merits and departed. Then, the Venerable One came to the monastery, sat down on the seat prepared in the midst of the Sangha of Bhikkhus, and said to the Bhikkhus: 'Bhikkhus, these faults and other faults are all caused by the Bhikkhus entering the village at the wrong time, so the Bhikkhus should not enter the village at the wrong time.' Then, because of this event, this origin, and this cause, the Venerable One convened the Sangha of Bhikkhus, and truly observed the ten benefits of establishing the precepts, and my Sravaka disciples should recite and study the basis of discipline as follows: If there is still a Bhikkhu who enters the village at the wrong time
