The so-called "not holding" means not holding water vessels such as bird-beak pots with hands contaminated with food. Therefore, one should be taught not to commit unhygienic wrongdoings. Here, the determination of the fundamental transgression is that if one does not learn in this way in the actual situation, it will become the basis of a sin that should be confessed. The agent here is holding the water vessel with hands contaminated with food. There is only one branch here, namely the actual practice. As for the preparation and the preparation of the preparation, it should be blamed as appropriate, as before. The seventieth precept. The basis for teaching not to sprinkle food and contaminated water on the monk sitting below is: The Buddha Bhagavan was residing in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti. When the Six Groups of monks were eating tsampa in other people's homes, a monk wearing a red kasaya was sitting below them, and the Six Groups of monks said, 'Lovely Nanda, this beggar is thinking: We have never worn such a kasaya before.' Thinking that this person is not pleasing, they sprinkled food and contaminated water and began to insult him. At that time, the monks reported to the Bhagavan, and the Bhagavan, as before, established that one should be taught not to sprinkle food and contaminated water on the monk sitting below. The place is Shravasti, the people are the Six Groups of monks, the affliction is the wrongdoing that causes harm, and the sin is sprinkling food and contaminated water on the monk. Therefore, one should not sprinkle food and contaminated water on the monk sitting below, and one should be taught not to commit wrongdoings that cause harm. The term "sitting below" here is only a symbol. Here, the determination of the fundamental transgression is that if one does not learn in this way in the actual situation, it will become the basis of a sin that should be confessed. The agent here is sprinkling food and contaminated water on the monk. There is only one branch here, namely the actual practice. As for the preparation and the preparation of the preparation,

If blamed in any way, it is as before. The seventy-first precept. The basis for the precept that if a householder is present, one should not pour water, food, and filth into another's house without asking is as follows: The Blessed One Buddha was dwelling in the Deer Park in the fearsome forest mountain of the aquatic child-killing demon. When Prince Knowing Invited the monastic community of monks to a feast in the lotus palace painted with one hundred and one colors, the Six Groups poured out the water from their bowls, and the givers and noble ones said, "You have defiled the ground of the lotus palace painted with one hundred and one colors by Prince Knowing!" Thus they scolded. The Six Groups said, "Prince Knowing is temporarily particularly attached to this, and it is not known where he will be born, but you are particularly attached to this, and you will be born among the pus-filled pretas." When they began to blame each other, the monks reported to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One, as before, established the precept, saying, "If a householder is present, one should not pour water, food, and filth into another's house without asking, one should train in this way." The place was the mountain of the aquatic child-killing demon. The people were the Six Groups. The affliction was the misdeed of defiling the ground. The fault was pouring water, food, and filth into another's house. Among these, "If a householder is present, one should not pour water, food, and filth into another's house without asking" means that without asking the householder, one should not pour water, food, and filth into another householder's house, and one should train in this way not to commit the misdeed of defiling the ground. Among these, here, the establishment of the actual transgression is that in the actual circumstance, if one does not train in this way, it becomes the actual transgression of a misdeed that should be confessed. The agent here is the water, food, and filth, and the other house itself. The limb here is one, namely, the accomplishment of the actual thing. For the preparatory action and the accomplishment of the preparatory action, etc., if blamed in any way, it is also as before. This is the brief teaching of the precept of not committing the misdeeds of these four precepts, and the connection that it is their detailed explanation.
