If it is not suitable after blessing, one commits a single transgression. It is smaller than the Dharma robe of the Sugata, or makes or causes to be made a sitting cloth larger than one's own body size, and if it is not suitable after blessing, one commits a single transgression. Those who have a body equal to the size of the Sugata's body, or those who have a body larger than that, are not allowed to make triple robes that exceed their own five cubits and three fingers; if they make or cause to be made robes that are less than triple robes but more than double robes, they commit a single transgression. The transgression of incurring a transgression is a minor single transgression; as many transgressions as there are, so many transgressions of incurring a transgression there are; the transgression of incurring a single transgression is also a single transgression, which is a minor single transgression. There is no transgression for an unsuitable cause.
