O! To speak without regard to subsequent correction refers to speaking about something that has fallen, even if it has been corrected according to the Dharma. To speak because of mad actions refers to all the improper actions he commits in a state of madness, which only become apparent when he is sane. For the first three cases, purification should be done through mindfulness discipline, and pacification through giving. For the last case, purification should be done through non-madness discipline, and pacification through giving. The order of giving mindfulness discipline is as follows: one's own request to the Sangha, and the Sangha's request and the four karmas to give. If this is given, other monks will consider that monk to have mindfulness and will not consider him to have fallen. Therefore, for those who are suitable for discipline, give mindfulness discipline and purify through giving, thereby pacifying the dispute. The order of one's own request to the Sangha is as follows: one arranges one's own dwelling, strikes the ghanta, and admonishes the monks with words of inquiry. After the entire Sangha has gathered and is in harmony, one spits out two mouthfuls of saliva, squats in the corner of the elders, and bows with folded palms. One requests by reciting the mantra of requesting mindfulness discipline three times. The mantra is as follows: Venerable Sangha, please listen to me. I, the monk Gyabu Nor, have been falsely accused by the bhikkhuni Ma Dzamo with untrue and fabricated charges. Because of this, the monks are talking about me. I, the monk Gyabu Nor, request mindfulness discipline from the Sangha. If the compassionate Sangha, out of compassion, would grant me, the monk Gyabu Nor, mindfulness discipline. Recite three times, as it is said. After that, the order of the Sangha's request and the giving of the root karma is as follows: After that, one monk makes a request and performs the karma. The mantra is as follows: Venerable Sangha, please listen to me. The monk Gyabu Nor has been falsely accused by the bhikkhuni Ma Dzamo with untrue and fabricated charges.

There. Regarding this, if the monks discuss this matter, and if this monk Gyabu Nor requests the Sangha to grant the act of recollection, then if the Sangha deems it timely and is tolerant, then the Sangha should permit it. The Sangha should grant the act of recollection to this monk Gyabu Nor. This is the request. Venerable Sangha, please listen. This monk Gyangbu Nor is falsely accused by the nun Mima with untrue and fabricated charges. Regarding this, the monks discuss this matter, and the Sangha should grant the act of recollection to this monk Gyabu Nor. Therefore, if the Sangha requests the act of recollection for this monk Gyadbu Nor, then among the venerable ones, those who tolerate the Sangha granting the act of recollection to this monk Gyadbu Nor should remain silent. Those who do not tolerate it should speak. This is the first action. Repeat this in the same way for the second and third times. After the Sangha tolerates and permits it, the Sangha has granted the act of recollection to the monk Gyabu Nor. If no one objects in this way, then it is considered accepted, as it is said. Thus, by establishing instructions and abandoning others, discussing matters without cause or basis, and discussing matters under the influence of following others, and disputes arising solely from discussion without relying on external corrections, in order not to instruct, disputes are purified by the act of recollection, and pacified by giving. Regarding this, the order of granting the act of discipline to one who is not insane is as follows: He himself requests the Sangha for recollection, and the Sangha grants it through the request and the fundamental action. If it is granted, then that monk, other monks will regard him as abiding in his own nature, and will not regard him as having transgressions. Thus, the act of discipline for one who is worthy of discipline is granted to one who is not insane, and by granting purification, that dispute will be pacified. The order of his request to his own Sangha should be arranged as follows: He himself, after preparing the dwelling, strikes the ghanta, and truthfully informs the monks with words of inquiry. If all the Sangha gathers and is in harmony, then after removing the two kinds of impurities, he squats on the side of the elders, joins his palms in reverence, and himself
