The agent is a person. An unordained person, the Dharma of scripture, and letters. In this case, if the limbs are complete, it becomes a substantial offense, that is, an unordained person, the Dharma or letters of scripture, either simultaneously or subsequently, for the purpose of reading, recites them. If the limbs are incomplete, it is a minor offense as appropriate. The offense of preparation is a misdeed, that is, as long as the preparation for the offense of reciting is undertaken and the actual basis is not reached, it is a misdeed. For each different preparation made for the actual basis, there is a corresponding misdeed. A misdeed is committed against a person who is not fully ordained, who has different views, who has a different name, who has the characteristics of a householder, or who is an ordained outsider. A monk who receives scripture from someone who is not fully ordained and recites it simultaneously or subsequently commits a misdeed. If it is not part of the scripture itself, but Dharma extracted from the scripture, such as "all phenomena are without self," "all conditioned phenomena are momentary," and so on; if it is extracted from the meaning of the scripture and does not have the letters of the scripture, but has different names, words, and letters, such as the Jataka Tales composed by the teacher Dpawo, then it is a misdeed. A letter is a letter of the alphabet. A name is like Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. A word is like, for example, "The ripening of merit is happiness." If these are part of the scripture itself, then it is the actual basis. If it is extracted from the scripture, then it is a misdeed. Receiving scripture and reciting it not for the purpose of reading is a misdeed. If the recitation is incomplete, it is a misdeed. If a misdeed is committed against a non-human being, it is a minor offense. If a misdeed is committed against an animal, it is even more of a minor offense. The offense of preparation for preparation is a subtle misdeed, that is, as many preparations as there are, there are as many preparations for preparation, that is, preparation with a misdeed, and the preparation for preparation is also a misdeed, that is, a subtle misdeed. There is no offense if it is accomplished unintentionally. There is no offense in reciting after having someone listen, saying, "Follow me later." There is no offense in reciting, studying, or asking questions. Action.

They will not fall into the danger of being arrogant, mad, mentally disturbed, and having feelings. What should be learned is that monks should learn not to rely on all things that will become objects of abandonment in all places and at all times. Correction afterwards is as before. The sixth of the objects of abandonment has been explained. The basis for the object of abandonment that speaks of bad circumstances is twofold, due to the establishment and permission. The basis for the establishment is that the Buddha Bhagavan was staying in Anathapindika's Grove in Jeta Grove in Shravasti. Since there was no detachment from desire and the afflictions had not been abandoned, the monks were causing the Sangha to make abandonments of the Sangha. Some were aging on the wrong path, and when those monks heard from those who held the Sutras, those who held the Vinaya, and those who held the Matrikas, then they would properly make those abandonments of the Sangha. When they were practicing moving and pleasing, Brahmins, householders, and powerful people said when pouring water for the Sangha, "Those who contemplate jewels also carefully contemplate and carefully contemplate from them and collect jewels. Monks, elders, and those who desire merit also pour water for the Sangha and create merit and so on. The six groups of colored vessel eaters eat and have fun." When the six groups heard this, they said, "Wise ones, do you think that these are pouring water for the Sangha with the Dharma of the good Dharma? Like this, these are those who do the work of cutting off." They asked, "What have these done?" The six groups did what should not be done with their hands, saying, "Like this, like this they have done." Then, they scolded those monks, elders, and elders, saying, "What kind of situation is this? What kind of situation will the monks Parma and the newly ordained be in?" They slander, insult, and ridicule. Those monks who do the moving, in the evening, the stupas of hair and nails, live together with those who smear heavy and soft coatings, and the six groups also said those things to the close residents with words.
