There is no fault in mixing those three bases together because they are different. Forgetting is like non-existence, so there is no fault in slandering due to forgetting. The truth of the meaning is the cause of not lying, so even if it disappears, there is no fault in transforming perception into groundlessness. When a monk relies on the form of other beings, there is no fault if the perception of the monk exists. There is no fault in things being similar to good and bad. There is no fault in names changing and becoming objects of common observation. There is no fault in arising from other beings and relying on the form of other beings. There is no fault in obtaining other states. There is no fault in establishing multiple precepts on one basis itself. There is no fault in entering into doubt about things with deep thought. There is no fault in thinking about and not thinking about objects. There is no fault in doing things for oneself and others. The doer of this is: Wanting to slander, therefore groundlessly slandering a monk with the Sanghadisesa Dharma. Here, having the limbs becomes the root downfall. Wanting to slander, and the other person having taken full ordination, and transforming perception into groundlessness, and the Sanghadisesa Dharma, and clearly or vaguely speaking and understanding the meaning. If those limbs are not complete, there will be faults accordingly. The downfall of action is an evil deed, as long as the action of slandering is started, until the root is not reached, it is an evil deed. For the root, for each different action performed, there is one evil deed. If one slanders a non-reliant person with the Sanghadisesa Dharma, there is an evil deed. Therefore, if a monk does not have male genitals, like a male hermaphrodite, and a nun does not have female genitals, like a female hermaphrodite, if one slanders in this way, there is an evil deed. If one slanders without mentioning the name of the person to be slandered, there is an evil deed. When a monk relies on the form of other beings, if there is no perception of the monk, there is an evil deed. If one slanders out of anger, distraction, and accident, there is an evil deed. If one makes sentient beings of the animal realm understand, there is an evil deed. If one slanders someone who has not taken full ordination, there is an evil

Done. If one accuses the Tathagata of drawing blood with malicious intent and causing division in the Sangha, it is a fall. If one says that these three grounds do not exist, I have spoken after thinking, etc., and speaks partial words, it is a fall. Accusing with other falls is a fall. The fall of combination of combination is a subtle fall. As many combinations as there are, there are as many combinations of combination. Combination, the combination of the fall is also a fall, that is, a subtle fall. Accusing with a fall also becomes a subtle fall. The situation of no fall is that for a person who has not degenerated, this will not become a fall based on this. That is, for those who have not seen, not heard, and do not doubt, without changing the thought, saying not seen, or saying not heard, or saying not doubting these three situations, and forgetting after hearing, forgetting after doubting, without changing the thought, forgetting after hearing, or forgetting after doubting these two situations, thus these five grounds, no matter which one is forgotten, there is no fall. For the situation of regarding a pure person as impure, there is also no fall based on these five grounds. For a degenerated, impure person, with which six grounds will it not become a fall? That is, for seeing, hearing, and doubting, without changing the thought, saying seeing, or saying hearing, or saying doubting these three situations, and not forgetting after seeing, not forgetting after hearing, not forgetting after doubting, without changing the thought, not forgetting after seeing, or not forgetting after hearing, or not forgetting after doubting these three situations, thus these six grounds, no matter which one is said, there is no fall. For the situation of regarding an impure person as pure, there is also no fall based on these six grounds. Declaring that there is no fall. Just as I know after drawing a picture on a stone, all the world also knows, thinking like this there is no fall. The initial practitioner, as well as the madman, the disturbed person, and those who are oppressed by feelings, there is no fall. What should be learned is that a monk in all places and in all situations should learn not to rely on all actions that become falls of slander. One should not change the thought, and one should not speak without basis. Subsequent remedy is as before. There are sixty falls of slander.
