ན་དེ་འོངས་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་དག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་སེམས་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་ཅིང་འཁོད། དེ་དག་གིས་སྐབས་དེ་རྒྱས་པར་བརྗོད་པ་དང༌། དེས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ནི་ཐོས་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ལས་དང་པོ་པ་ལ་ལྟུང་བ་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་དེ་མ་ཐོས་སམ། ཁྱེད་ཅག་ལས་དང་པོ་པ་ཡིན་པས་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་གྱི་ཚུར་ཤོག་ལ་ལུང་ནོས་ཤིག །གཞན་ཡང་འདི་ལྟར་ཁྱེད་སུས་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད། བཙུན་པ་འཆར་ཀས་སོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ནས་དགེ་སློང་དོན་ཉུང་དུ་དག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་དགེ་སློང་དག་བསམས་བཞིན་དུ་དགེ་སློང་ལ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་པར་བྱེད་ཅེས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད། ཕྱར་ཀ་གཏོང་བར་བྱེད། ཁ་ཟེར་བར་བྱེད་པའི་སྐབས་དེ་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱུང་བ་འདི་དང་གླེང་གཞི་འདི་དང་སྐབས་འདི་ལ་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་བསྡུ་བ་མཛད་དེ་འཆར་ཀ་ལ་རྨས་ནས། དགེ་སློང་གི་ཚུལ་མ་ཡིན་པ། རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། རུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། དེ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བས་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་རྣམ་གྲངས་དུ་མར་རྣམ་པར་སྨད་དེ། བསླབ་པ་བཅའ་བའི་ཕན་ཡོན་བཅུ་ཡང་དག་པར་གཟིགས་པས་ངའི་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་འདི་ལྟར་གདོན་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཡང་དགེ་སློང་གང་བསམས་བཞིན་དུ་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་དགེ་སློང་འདིའི་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་བདེ་བ་ལ་མི་རེག་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པ་དེ་ཉིད་རྐྱེན་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་དགེ་སློང་ལ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་ན་ལྟུང་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་ བཅའ་བ་མཛད་དེ། ཡུལ་ནི་མཉན་ཡོད། གང་ཟག་ནི་འཆར་ཀ །ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་ཕྲག་དོག །ཉེས་པ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་ལ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཡང་དགེ་སློང་གང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཆར་ཀའམ་གཞན་ཡང་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བསམས་བཞིན་དུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྣམ་པར་བརྟགས་ནས་སོ། །ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་དགེ་སློང་འདི་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་བདེ་བ་ལ་མི་རེག་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐ་ན་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་ཡིད་མི་དགའ་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་རྐྱེན་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཞན་མ་ཡིན་པའོ། །དགེ་སློང་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་འདི་བ་ལའོ། །འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་པ་དང་རྣམ་པར་འགྱོད་པ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེད་ནའོ། །ལྟུང་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལ་ལྟུང་བ་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། འདིར་ཡང་དངོས་གཞི་དང་སྦྱོར་བ་དང༌། སྦྱོར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བས་ལྟུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་དང༌། ལྟུང་

那人来后说道：‘年轻人，你们为何心中不悦而坐？’他们详细地讲述了当时的情况。他说：‘你们没听说过吗？世尊说过，初学者没有堕落。你们是初学者，将会受具足戒，过来接受教诫吧。’此外，你们中是谁让人产生后悔？’他们说：‘是尊者查卡。’因此，那些少欲的比丘们责骂道：‘为何比丘们明知故犯地让比丘产生后悔？’他们斥责，谴责，辱骂。当时，比丘们将此事禀告了世尊。之后，世尊因这件事、这个缘起和这个情况，召集了比丘僧团，呵斥查卡说：‘这不是比丘的行为，不随顺，不合适，不合乎规矩。这不是出家人应做的事。’他以多种方式谴责了他。世尊完全看到了制定戒律的十种利益，因此，我的声闻弟子们应这样念诵学习戒律的基础：‘如果任何比丘，明知故犯，心想无论如何也要让这位比丘片刻都感受不到快乐，以此为缘由，让比丘产生后悔，则犯堕罪。’ 世尊制定了这条戒律。地点是舍卫城。人物是查卡。烦恼是嫉妒。罪行是让比丘产生后悔。其中，‘任何比丘’指的是查卡或其他类似的人。‘明知故犯’指的是经过深思熟虑。‘无论如何也要让这位比丘片刻都感受不到快乐’指的是哪怕片刻也不让他心情愉快。‘以此为缘由’指的是不是其他原因。‘比丘’指的是信仰此法的人。‘产生后悔’指的是心中稍微产生后悔、彻底后悔或非常后悔。‘犯堕罪’指的是和之前一样。那么，如何构成堕罪呢？这里也有正行和加行，以及通过加行的加行来确定堕罪，以及堕

Then he came and said, 'Young men, why are you sitting here with unhappy hearts?' They explained the situation in detail. He said, 'Have you not heard that the Blessed One has said that there is no downfall for beginners? You are beginners, you will receive full ordination, come and receive instruction.' Furthermore, who among you causes regret?' They said, 'It is the venerable Charka.' Therefore, those monks of few desires scolded, 'Why do monks knowingly cause regret to monks?' They rebuked, condemned, and insulted him. At that time, the monks reported this matter to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, because of this event, this origin, and this situation, convened the Sangha of monks and rebuked Charka, saying, 'This is not the behavior of a monk, it is not in accordance, it is not appropriate, it is not in accordance with the rules. This is not something that a renunciant should do.' He condemned him in various ways. The Blessed One fully saw the ten benefits of establishing precepts, therefore, my disciples should recite and learn the basis of discipline in this way: 'If any monk, knowingly, thinking that he must not let this monk feel happiness even for a moment, and for that reason, causes regret to a monk, he commits a Patayantika offense.' The Blessed One established this precept. The place was Shravasti. The person was Charka. The affliction was jealousy. The offense was causing regret to a monk. Among them, 'any monk' refers to Charka or anyone else like him. 'Knowingly' means after careful consideration. 'Must not let this monk feel happiness even for a moment' means not letting him be happy even for a moment. 'For that reason' means not for any other reason. 'Monk' refers to a believer in this Dharma. 'Causes regret' means causing a slight regret, a thorough regret, or a great regret in the heart. 'Commits a Patayantika offense' means the same as before.
