It is acceptable if the water level goes down by half and then returns to its original state. The rule for windy times is that it is acceptable even if the wind moves the edge of the clothes. The rule for rainy times is that it is acceptable even if two or three drops of rain fall on the body. The rule for drizzling times is that it is acceptable even if the shepherd moves the edge of the clothes and two or three drops of rain fall on the body. Bathing at these times is free from transgression in all places, times, and circumstances, and there is no fault except at these times. When initiation and entry begin bathing at the same time, there is no fault if the two meet at the navel direction at the same time. Regardless of the size of the two parts, whether they meet above, below, left, or right of the navel, there is no fault as long as the total is sufficient. The agent here is bathing with water itself within each half month. Here, five limbs cause the fundamental transgression: exceeding half a month; not being the specified time; not being water; not being bathing; reaching the navel from the head, feet, or either the left or right. If these limbs are incomplete, there will be faults accordingly. The transgression of action is misdeed: as long as the action of bathing is started, until the fundamental is not touched, it is a misdeed. For the fundamental, for each different action performed, there is one misdeed. The initiation not reaching the navel, the entry not reaching the navel, and not reaching the navel from the left and right are all misdeeds. The size of the two parts, exceeding or not reaching above, below, left, or right of the navel, and the total not being sufficient, are all misdeeds. Not water, but grain oil, butter, honey, and milk, etc., are all misdeeds. Even if all times are suitable, but there is no blessing, it is a misdeed. The transgression of the action of action is a minor misdeed: as many actions as there are, there are as many actions of action; the action of the misdeed of action is also a misdeed, which is a minor misdeed. The absence of transgression is that tasting water while focusing on other things is not bathing, so there is no transgression. There is no transgression in unintentionally crossing over and striking when fainting.

It is so. There is no falling in the place of Amraparanta. There is no falling when the time of fever etc. arrives and when the time is blessed. There is no falling for the first worker, the madman, the disturbed mind, and the danger of feelings. What should be learned is that a bhikkhu should learn not to rely on all means of bathing in all places and at all times, which becomes a cause of falling. When the ritual is solemn, one should not rely on indulgence. The remedy is the same as before. The sixty causes of falling for bathing have been explained. The Sutra of Individual Liberation, a broad commentary, the Vinaya Samgraha, Volume Thirty-Six. Summarized as: Animals, regret, nails, and, playing and startling together, hiding, without faith, without foundation, and, walking without a man. It is called the seventh of the tenth, and the meaning and necessity of the summary are as before. The seventh of the tenth also shows ten dharmas of falling: killing animals, generating regret, making a gagging sound, playing in water, sleeping with women, startling them, hiding, living by giving, slandering, and falling for walking with women. Among them, the cause of falling for killing animals is that the Buddha Bhagavan lived in Shravasti, in the grove of Prince Jeta, in the Jeta Grove of Anathapindika. The venerable Charga put on his skirt early in the morning, took his bowl and robes, and entered Shravasti to beg for alms. After begging for alms there in order, he entered the archery ground, and the archery teacher was not there. The children were sitting, and he asked: What are you doing, children? They said: Holy One, learning archery. Charga said: Children, very good, you have surpassed the highest skill. Look left and shoot arrows, right and shoot five arrows. When they started to do it, they put their hands together and their faces changed. They said: Holy One, what's wrong? Charga said: Now even your teacher doesn't know, how can you
