That is, the perfectly complete Buddha. The so-called Dharma is what the Buddha spoke and what the Shravakas spoke. The so-called teaching is what is well taught. The so-called "I know" means "I know everything." The so-called "to that Bhikshu" refers to the signs of death or any other similar situation. The so-called "Bhikshus" refers to these Dharma holders. The so-called "saying thus" means to admonish with exhortation. The so-called "when the Bhikshus admonish that Bhikshu thus" refers to the time of admonishment. The so-called "if that basis is abandoned" refers to completely abandoning that way of seeing. The so-called "that is good" means that it is good. The so-called "if not abandoned" means not abandoning completely. The so-called "admonish properly twice or thrice, teach properly" means to admonish with petition and four karmas, to admonish properly and to teach properly, just as it is taught in the case of the remaining four matters of the Sangha formed after the previous admonishment. The so-called "committing a fall" is the same as before. So, how does a fall occur? Here, too, one should understand the characteristics of this place through the main action, the preparatory action, the preparatory action of the preparatory action to establish the fall, as well as the absence of fall, what should be learned, and remedies. So, here, the establishment of the fall of the main action is that if a Bhikshu, for the Dharma that the Bhagavan has spoken of as an obstacle, even if he relies on those Dharmas, it will not become an obstacle, like this the Dharma taught by the Bhagavan, if he enters "I know" etc., the Sangha admonishes with exhortation, and prevents with petition and four karmas, at the end of the third statement, if he does not abandon, then not abandoning the way of seeing will become the main action of the fall. For the evil Bhikshu who does not abandon the way of seeing, the preparatory action of starting to create is that the Sangha should prevent it with exhortation, and after that, when admonishing and preventing with petition and four karmas, at the end of the completion of the third statement, it becomes the main action of the fall, and there is no fault in this. Thus, how does a Bhikshu

Thus, if one were to rely on those things that the Blessed One has said are obstructive dharmas, it would not become an obstruction. If someone were to engage in saying, "I know the Dharma taught by the Blessed One," and so forth, there would be no fault. What are those things that the Blessed One has said are obstructive dharmas? They are the four pārājika dharmas, the thirteen saṃghāvaśeṣa dharmas, the two aniyata dharmas, the thirty naiḥsargika-pāyantika dharmas, the ninety pāyantika dharmas, the four pratideśanīya dharmas, the many śikṣāpada dharmas, and the seven adhikaraṇa-śamatha dharmas. "Even if one were to rely on those" means even if one were to especially practice those things. "It would not become an obstruction" means that it would not obstruct the way of a virtuous renunciate. Thus, if someone were to say, "I know the Dharma taught by the Blessed One," this offense can be established. If someone were to say that,

Then he should be admonished with entreaty and the four acts. He should be admonished in this way: After preparing a place, strike the ghanta, and truly admonish the monks with words of inquiry. When the entire Sangha has gathered and is in harmony, one monk should make a request and then act. This should be done by sitting down and saying this: Venerable Sangha, please listen. This monk named 'Death Sign' has developed this kind of sinful view, saying, 'Those obstructive dharmas spoken of by the Blessed One, even if practiced, will not become obstructions. I truly know the dharma spoken by the Blessed One.' If many monks admonish him, even if they admonish him, he still insists on and clings to that sinful view, and says, 'Only this is true, and others are false,' and then names it accordingly. If it is the Sangha's time and it is permissible, please allow the Sangha. The Sangha should say to the monk 'Death Sign': 'Do not say again, "Those obstructive dharmas spoken of by the Blessed One, even if practiced, will not become obstructions. I truly know the dharma spoken by the Blessed One." Do not slander the Blessed One! Slandering the Blessed One will not make things better! The Blessed One would not say such a thing. Death Sign, obstructive dharmas are obstructions themselves.' The Blessed One has said in many ways that practicing those dharmas will become obstructions. Death Sign, abandon this kind of sinful view!' He is admonished with entreaty and the four acts. This is the request. The act should be done in this way: Venerable Sangha, please listen. This monk named 'Death Sign' has developed this kind of sinful view, saying, 'Those obstructive dharmas spoken of by the Blessed One, even if practiced, will not become obstructions. I truly know the dharma spoken by the Blessed One.' If many monks admonish him,
