Homage! Then, the Blessed One, for this reason, for this beginning, and on this occasion, assembled the Sangha of monks, and rebuked the group of six monks, condemning them in various ways, saying, 'This is not the conduct of a renunciate, it is not in accordance, it is not proper, it is not in accordance with the rules, and it is not something that should be done by one who has renounced.' He fully saw the ten benefits of establishing the training, and therefore my hearers should recite and study the basis of training in this way: 'If any monk goes to watch an army arrayed for battle, he commits a downfall.' Thus, the training was established. The place was Shravasti (མཉན་ཡོད།), the persons were the group of six, the affliction was untamed, and the offense was going to watch an army arrayed for battle. Among these, 'any monk' refers to the group of six or anyone else like them. 'Army' refers to an army that has one component, or two components, or three components, or four components. What is an army with one component? It is a troop of elephants. What is an army with two components? It is a troop of elephants and a troop of cavalry. What is an army with three components? It is a troop of elephants, a troop of cavalry, and a troop of chariots. What is an army with four components? It is a troop of elephants, a troop of cavalry, a troop of chariots, and a troop of infantry. 'Arrayed' means being very interested in battle. 'To watch' means to go to watch the spectacle. 'Commits a downfall' means as before. So, how does a downfall occur? Here, too, the downfall is determined by the actual basis, the preparation, and the preparation of the preparation, and the definition here should be understood by the absence of downfall, what should be trained in, and what should be remedied. Among these, here, the determination of the downfall of the actual basis is: if a monk, not because of being invited by a king, queen, prince, minister, market leader, townspeople, or people of the region, or because of an obstruction, but solely for the purpose of watching an army that is very interested in battle, sees it after exceeding the boundary of the vicinity of the noble ones, then it becomes the actual basis for the downfall of watching an army. If a monk, because of a king, queen, prince, minister, market leader, town

There is no fault if it is not that the people of the town and the people of the region are forcibly conscripted into the war. There is no fault if it is not because of the power of any kind of danger, such as discipline and life, that there is an obstacle to not going there. There is no fault in seeing only for the sake of seeing the army that is fond of war. There is no fault in seeing from any place beyond the boundary of the abode of the noble ones. Here, too, it should be understood that the abode is the abode of the boundary of the robes mentioned earlier. The author here is that he sees beyond the boundary of the abode of the noble ones only for the sake of seeing the army that is fond of war. This has five limbs and becomes a fundamental downfall: a monk is conscripted by a king, a concubine, a young man, a minister, a leader of a market troop, a town person, and a regional person; not because an obstacle has occurred; only an army that is fond of war; only for the sake of seeing; beyond the boundary of the abode of the noble ones and seeing. If these limbs are not complete, then there is a fault as appropriate. The downfall of the application is a misdeed, and as long as the application of the downfall of watching the army is started, until it does not reach the root, it is a misdeed. For the root, each time a different application is made, it is a misdeed. If one goes to see, as long as the eyes do not see, it is a misdeed. If one does not go beyond the boundary of the abode, but only slightly changes the posture to see, it is a misdeed. The downfall of the application of the application is a subtle misdeed, and there are as many applications as there are applications of the application, and the application of the application of the misdeed is also a misdeed, which is a subtle misdeed. The situation where there is no downfall is that the monk is forcibly conscripted by the king, the concubine, the young man, the minister, the leader of the market troop, the town person, and the regional person, and there is no downfall. Because an obstacle occurred, he went and saw, and there was no downfall. If it is not an army that is fond of war, there is no downfall. If it is not for the sake of seeing, even if one sees, one does not see, and there is no downfall. Business.
