With the ten perfect views, my Shravaka disciples should declare the basis for learning the Vinaya as follows: Again, if a Bhikshu, being angry and hateful, thinks, 'By all means, I will separate this person from the Brahmacharya.' To a Bhikshu who is pure and without fault, he accuses him of a Parajika Dharma that is inconsistent with the other part. At that time, whether he asks at another time or not, the dispute is also inconsistent with the other part. Since the dispute is inconsistent with the other part, some Dharmas are taken from a little thought. If the Bhikshu also dwells in hatred and speaks with hatred, then the Sanghavasesa is established. The place is Rajagriha, the persons are two, Mitra and Bhumisuta. The affliction is intolerance, and the fault is accusing with a Dharma that is inconsistent with the other part. Among them, 'Again, if a Bhikshu' refers to Mitra and Bhumisuta, or anyone else like that. 'Angry' means agitated. 'Hateful' means displeased, that is, the agitation has not subsided. 'Thinking, by all means, I will separate this person from the Brahmacharya' means thinking, 'By all means, I will separate this person from the Sramana practice.' 'Pure Bhikshu' refers to the wealthy Gya-bu-nor or anyone else like that. 'Without fault' refers to being without fault in that matter. 'Inconsistent with the other part,' where 'the other' refers to Nirvana. 'Inconsistent with its part' refers to the four Parajika Dharmas. 'Parajika' refers to any of the four. 'Dharma' refers to non-Dharma being spoken of in the name of Dharma. 'Accusation' refers to accusing. 'At another time' refers to at another time. 'Whether he asks' refers to by others. 'Or not' refers to himself having regret, a little regret, remorse, or extreme remorse. 'Dispute' refers to disputing for the sake of causing four disputes, disputing for the sake of not admonishing, disputing for the sake of falling into sin, and disputing for the sake of what has been done. 'Inconsistent with the other part.'

That which is called "not a part of liberation from suffering" means "to be defeated in accordance with it." The dispute does not conform to the division of others, and only a few dharmas are taken from a little thought. The so-called "taking" means grasping. The so-called "a little thought" refers to deer and does, and other similar things. The so-called "dharma" means that what is not dharma is spoken of as the sound of dharma. The so-called "taking" means being grasped. The bhikshu is also in a state of anger, and the so-called "being in a state of anger" means wanting to slander. If it is said, "Speaking out of anger," it means saying, "Has already slandered." The so-called "sanghavasesa" is the same as before. So, how does a downfall occur? Here, too, the characteristics of this place should be understood through the main action and the preparatory action, as well as the preparatory action of the preparatory action to determine the downfall, as well as the absence of downfall, what should be learned, and the methods of remedy. Among them, regarding the determination of the downfall of the main action, etc., everything else is the same as the situation of unfounded slander. In particular, because it was previously said, "with false speech," some differences should be stated here. Here, if one speaks falsely with words that dwell in other things that are to be spoken, it will become the main action. The so-called "other things to be spoken" means that this person has done something more serious that leads to defeat, that is, unlike the place where the meaning of what is said is clear, it is the place where the meaning of what is said is unclear. The so-called "abiding words" refers to the words that abide in the unclear place of what is to be spoken, that is, using these words to slander a bhikshu who has fallen or not fallen, or to make anyone understand by any means, it will become sanghavasesa. For example, we saw the venerable Gyatbu Nor, we saw the color of the bhikshuni Utpala, we saw the practice of unchastity, the practice of sexual dharma, like these three sounds not mixed together, we saw, like saying that. Therefore, it will become like this: wanting to make him fall, with false words dwelling in other things to be spoken, making the bhikshu and bhikshuni not fall.
