Furthermore, with the intention of generating anger, regarding matters unseen, unheard, or un doubted, with false words, whether it be a Bhikshu or Bhikshuni, whether they have committed or not committed a Parajika offense, with any of the four or eight Dharmas of Parajika, slandering them, and regarding any being in the human realm, whether householder or renunciate, male, female, or hermaphrodite, etc., making them understand through any means, whether direct or indirect, then it becomes real. With the intention of causing decline, there is no fault in wanting to separate from Brahmacharya. There is no fault in any of the three matters of unseen, unheard, and un doubted, and forgetting, etc. There is no fault in any false words that change perception, patience, desire, wisdom, discrimination, or view. There is no fault in any Bhikshu or Bhikshuni who has received full ordination. There is no fault in either of them being declined or not declined by the Parajika Dharma. There is no fault in any common Parajika Dharma. There is no fault in any of the listeners, whether householders or renunciates, male, female, or hermaphrodite, etc., in the human realm. There is no fault in making them understand through any means, whether direct, indirect, letters, written words, or symbols, etc. For a Pudgala who has not declined, one falls into offense with ten bases: not seeing, not hearing, and not doubting, but changing perception and saying "I saw," "I heard," or "I doubted," these are three. And believing what was heard and saying "I saw," or not believing what was heard and saying "I saw," or doubting what was heard and saying "I saw," or not doubting what was heard and saying "I saw," or doubting what was doubted and saying "I saw," these are five. Thus, whatever of these ten bases is spoken, there is no fault. For a pure Pudgala, making a false pretense of impurity, one also falls into offense with these ten bases. For a declined Pudgala, making an impure one, one falls into offense with eleven bases, namely, not
