If they meet for some reason, it becomes a Sanghavasesa. Its details are: to arrange a meeting to reconcile a man and a woman who were previously not in harmony. Whether it is a man or a woman, accepting, transmitting, and sending back messages, if these three things are facilitated, and the two meet and become objects of impure conduct, it becomes the basis of a Sanghavasesa. If a male or female belonging to the human realm mediates the meeting of those who were previously not in harmony, they will not be blamed. If a message is received and transmitted, even if there is no reply, but it is learned through other means and they meet, there will be no blame. If many monks form a Sangha and mediate for the same object to be arranged for a meeting, each mediator will not be blamed. If one monk mediates for many objects to be arranged for a meeting through one method, each object to be arranged for a meeting will not be blamed. Those who are sent and those sent by those who are sent will not be blamed. The two owners of the object to be arranged for a meeting, such as parents, are the same as the object to be arranged for a meeting, so there will be no blame. Letters, handwritten notes, places, codes, and signs are the same as language, so there will be no blame. Prostitutes are called occasional encounters because they facilitate the reconciliation of those who are not in harmony, so there will be no blame. Mistresses and prostitutes, etc., who are uncontrolled and unpaid women, who have met less than three times before, are also to facilitate the reconciliation of those who are not in harmony, so there will be no blame. Wives and mistresses, who were previously in harmony, later quarrel or declare that they are no longer so, the fading of affection itself is disharmony, so there will be no blame. If a monk adopts the form of another being, if there is recognition of the monk, there will be no blame. For things that are similar in good and bad, there will be no blame. Those whose names have changed, for the place of common downfall, there will be no blame. Being born from other beings, and showing the form of other beings, there will be no blame. Obtaining other states, there will be no blame. The very act of establishing multiple trainings on the same basis will not be blamed. Because of doubting things, entering with thought, then...

There is no blame. There is no blame for considering or not considering a place. There is no blame for doing things for others. There is no blame for delivering messages and letters, and for going to other places. The seven types of wives, those given by the clock, those bought with possessions, those obtained by force, those who have come together voluntarily, those supported with clothing and food, those with verbal promises, and those who meet occasionally, each has seven reasons for dispute. The beginning of the dispute, the end of the dispute, division, throwing three stones, abandoning the ritual, declaring not a wife, and the proclamation itself. Among these, the beginning of the dispute means that the beginning of the quarrel has not completely ended, that is, it means that they are currently quarreling. The end of the dispute means that the quarrel has completely ended. Division itself means that "division" refers to the shape of wood. The two who are about to be joined, cut the wood from the waist with that wood, and say, "Just as these two pieces of wood cannot connect with each other, we two are the same." Some say that there is a grass called "Tilani Taka," and the two cut it into two pieces, saying, "Just as these two grasses cannot connect with each other, we two are the same." This is called division. Throwing three stones means that the two throw three stones in various directions, saying, "Just as these three stones cannot meet each other, we two are the same." Others say that hitting each other with many stones is called throwing three stones. Abandoning the ritual means that temporary actions such as washing the house or the pillars of the family are rituals, and abandoning it. Declaring not a wife means that the two declare that they are no longer husband and wife. The proclamation itself means that in order to abandon ownership, a proclamation is made in temples and other places. These seven reasons are different because they are the cause of downfall, such as how many creatures are about to be joined
