The grave offense of Sapa is that if this grave offense occurs, then it should also be known that the grave offense of speaking about sexual intercourse has also occurred. A grave offense is committed against a woman with miraculous powers. A grave offense is committed against a woman belonging to the non-human realm. A grave offense is committed against one whose nature has deteriorated. A grave offense is committed against one who does not understand the meaning. A grave offense is committed for sending and transmitting, etc., and for letters and handwritten notes, etc. A grave offense is committed for those related to oneself. A grave offense is committed for acting for the benefit of others. If one praises acting for the benefit of both oneself and others, it is a grave offense. If one praises acting for the benefit of the Sangha, it is a grave offense. Sleeping and entering into meditation, as well as the languages of the foolish, the deaf, the middle people, and the border people, are all non-understanding of meaning, so it is a grave offense. Mutes and barbarians, etc., who cannot speak, even if they understand the meaning, are not instruments of expression, so praising them is also a grave offense. If a monk adopts the appearance of other beings, and the perception of a monk is missing, it is a grave offense. For the main matter, however many different combinations are made, each combination will become a grave offense. The transgression of the combination of combinations is that from the beginning of reverence and praise until the combination is not reached, it is a minor offense. Saying "like now," and not mentioning sexual intercourse, if one reveres a monk who possesses discipline, etc., with this Dharma, and praises it as their excellence, etc., there is no difference, it is a minor offense. For a woman or young girl, if one is able to fully understand the meaning of well-spoken and ill-spoken teachings, it is a grave offense; if one is not able to understand, it is a minor offense. For a man, emanation, meat-eater, hermaphrodite, and bisexual, if one is able to fully understand the meaning of well-spoken and ill-spoken teachings, it is a grave offense; if one is not able to understand, it is a minor offense. For a woman or young girl, if one is able to fully understand the meaning of well-spoken and ill-spoken teachings, it is a minor offense; if one is not able to understand, it is a minor offense, and will be reproached. For a man, emanation, meat-eater, hermaphrodite, and bisexual, if well-spoken

If I am able to understand all the offenses that have been committed, if I am not, then I should be condemned. An offense against a male belonging to another realm of existence. An offense against a female belonging to the animal realm. An offense against a male belonging to the animal realm should be condemned. When an offense of praise and reverence occurs, it should be known that in all cases, an offense of speaking about sexual matters will also occur. For the offense of engaging in sexual activity, each time a different act is performed, a separate offense will occur. There is no offense for those who are beginners, insane, mentally disturbed, and those who are experiencing sensations; their faults do not incur an offense. What should be learned is that in all places and at all times, one should not rely on the offense of praising and revering sexual activity, as well as gross actions and actions that become substantial. The remedy will be explained below. The fourth Saṃghāvaśeṣa of praise and reverence is complete. The fifth volume of "The Extensive Commentary on the Prātimokṣa Sūtra, A Compilation from All the Vinaya." The origin of the Saṃghāvaśeṣa of the matchmaker has two aspects, namely, along with the arising origin. The arising origin is that the Buddha Bhagavan was residing in Anāthapiṇḍada's Jeta Grove in Śrāvastī. A person named Black, the son of R̥ṣyadatta, was mingling with the Brahmins and householders of Śrāvastī, speaking of arrivals, inquiring, befriending, captivating hearts, and bringing them into homes. Therefore, those who had daughters to give away, and those who were seeking daughters in marriage, would go to Black, the son of R̥ṣyadatta, inquire about the circumstances of boys and girls, and arrange marriages. Then, those whose daughters were given away poorly and whose daughters were sought poorly would speak ill of Black, the son of R̥ṣyadatta. Those whose daughters were given away well and whose daughters were sought well would speak well of Black, the son of R̥ṣyadatta. Thus, in Śrāvastī, Black, the son of R̥ṣyadatta, was simultaneously praised and criticized. At another time, he developed great faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Saṃgha.
