If one is able to understand all the meanings of the doctrines that have been spoken, then if one is not able to understand, one will be blamed for it. If one is a male, a transformation, a eunuch, a hermaphrodite, or a person with two genders, and is able to understand all the meanings of the doctrines that are well-spoken and ill-spoken, then if one is not able to understand, one will be blamed for it. For a male belonging to the non-human realm, a minor offense is committed. For a female belonging to the animal realm, a minor offense is committed. For a male belonging to the animal realm, if a minor offense is committed, one will be blamed. For a downfall of sexual intercourse, as many different acts of intercourse as are committed, each one will result in a minor offense. There is no downfall in the case of speaking a fixed word of a region while thinking of something else, for example, in the central region, a type of water vessel is called "Kundika," and from this it is thought that in the country of Kosala, the female genitals are called "Kundika," and if one utters such a name, there is no downfall. If the part of the name is similar, for example, barley is called "Yava," and grass and a fence made of "Yava" are called "Yavanika," and for impure conduct, it is called "Yabha," if one says "Yabha" for barley, grass, and fence, there is no downfall because of the mispronunciation of the word "Yabha." There is no downfall for a beginner, a madman, a disturbed mind, or one who is afflicted by feelings. What should be learned is that in all places and at all times, one should learn not to rely on all kinds of actions that express impure conduct, the actions of minor offenses, gross actions, and those that become actual actions. The remedy will be explained below. The third Sanghavasesa concerning speaking about sexual intercourse has been explained. The beginning of the introduction to the Sanghavasesa of reverence and praise is also similar to the beginning of the introduction to the Sanghavasesa of physical contact. In particular, Acharka began to teach the Dharma to the wives of Brahmins and householders, and the more he seduced them, the more he praised himself in front of them for the sake of revering his body, saying: "If a monk like me, who is virtuous, possesses good qualities, and practices celibacy, is revered with this Dharma related to sexual intercourse, then this reverence is the most excellent of all reverences." Among them, those who accepted it, those who...

Together with sticks and rods, they would play and frolic, pushing each other, making noise everywhere, and striking bodies. Those who did not belong to us would come out from there, arguing and scolding. In any doorway, even our own family members heard words they had never heard before, which they heard from the Acharya. If our parents and siblings heard, they would scold, saying, 'They won't even let us go to the Karandaka bamboo grove, let alone wander around!' Thus, they would argue and insult each other. At that time, the monks reported this to the Blessed One. The Blessed One, because of this event, this origin, and this circumstance, convened the Sangha of monks. Seeing the ten benefits of establishing precepts, the Blessed One said: 'My Shravakas, this is how the basis for training in the Vinaya should be recited: Again, any monk who, with a corrupted mind, praises a monk who is virtuous, possesses good qualities, and practices celibacy, in front of a woman, for the sake of venerating his own body, saying, "A monk like me venerates with this dharma associated with sexual intercourse, this woman is the best of venerations," commits a Sanghavasesa.' The Blessed One established this precept. The place was Shravasti. The person was Acharya. The affliction was desire. The offense was praising veneration. Among these, what is meant by "monk"? It is as before. What is meant by "with a corrupted mind"? It is also as before. What is meant by "to a woman"? It refers to a woman or a young girl who is able to fully understand the meaning of well-spoken or poorly spoken teachings. What is meant by "in front of"? It means in front. What is meant by "for the sake of venerating his own body"? It means for the sake of his own veneration. What is meant by "like me"? It is a euphemism for indicating and universally indicating. What is meant by "monk"? It refers to one who possesses the nature of a monk as previously described. What is meant by "virtuous"? It refers to one who possesses the aggregate of virtue as previously described. What is meant by "possessing good qualities"? It refers to one who possesses the aggregate of samadhi as previously described.

It means harmony. The so-called practitioner of pure conduct is the one who possesses the aggregate of wisdom as previously described. The so-called one who engages in sexual intercourse is the one who engages in non-pure conduct. This Dharma means that it is this that shows what is not Dharma as the name of Dharma, only this, not others. If one reveres, it means if one makes reverence. "Su" is a respectful term of endearment. This is the most excellent of all reverences, and the most excellent is the most important. If one praises, it means if one makes praise. "Sanghavesesa" is as before. If one asks how a downfall occurs, here too, the downfall is established by the main action and the preparatory action, and the preparatory action of the preparatory action, as well as the absence of downfall, and what should be learned, and purification, etc., one should know the characteristics of these. Among them, here, the establishment of the downfall of the main action is that if one praises the act of revering oneself with sexual intercourse, it becomes a Sanghavesesa. The distinction is that for a woman or a young woman who is able to fully understand the meaning of the Dharma of well-spoken and ill-spoken words, with a desire to experience the pleasure of reverence and praise with a mind full of desire, if one praises someone like me, saying that revering with this Dharma that possesses sexual intercourse is the most excellent, then it becomes the main action. For a woman or a young woman belonging to the human realm who is able to fully understand the meaning of the Dharma of well-spoken and ill-spoken words, there is no fault in any case. If a monk relies on the appearance of another being, and if he has the perception of a monk, then there is no fault. There is no fault in things that are similar in good and bad. There is no fault in being born from another being or relying on the appearance of another being. There is no fault in obtaining another state. There is no fault in establishing multiple trainings on one basis. There is no fault in entering with a thoughtful mind due to doubt about things. There is no fault in contemplating or not contemplating the object. There is no fault in acting for one's own benefit. For example, a monk who is virtuous, or possesses good qualities, or practices pure conduct, or is virtuous, etc.
