If allowing to engage in sexual intercourse, it is a grave offense. If relying on a small, unbearable place, it is a grave offense. If merely experiencing the intention of the given movement, it is a grave offense. If exerting effort on a female image made of wood, stone, or cloth, if merely causing the sexual organ to erect, it is a grave offense. For the purpose of intimacy, exerting effort to insert a foot in the form of a limb, it is a grave offense. For an object to be intimate with, merely making contact in the form of a limb, it is a grave offense. For the sake of oneself or intimacy, or for persuading others to be intimate, it is a grave offense. If a place that is not the path of the three doors is perceived as a path and doubts arise, it is a grave offense. When engaging in sexual activity, squeezing the excretory passage, mouth, and channel of speech with hands, etc., it is a grave offense. Regarding the classification of downfalls related to sexual activity, from rising from the bed, etc., for the purpose of engaging in sexual intercourse, until the place where one should proceed, between not indulging and not being intimate, it will become a misdeed. For each of the aforementioned downfalls of sexual activity, if there is one action of sexual activity, it will become one misdeed. If the actions of sexual activity are different, each will become a misdeed. A situation where there is no downfall is when one falls down while being pressed on top of a woman, there is no downfall. If, unwillingly, a weak woman embraces one from the neck, there is no offense. If, unwillingly, the lips are touched by a woman's lips, there is no downfall. For a beginner, a madman, one who is mentally disturbed, and one who is threatened by feelings, there is no downfall. What should be learned is that in all places and in all situations, the actions of sexual activity are misdeeds, and sexual activity
