Its definition should be understood. Here, the classification of the actual transgression is as follows: If a bhikṣu, regarding a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative as not a relative, accepts robes with a verbal expression, then when it comes into his hand or comes into the vicinity of sight, it becomes the actual basis for the transgression of expiation by relinquishment. If a bhikṣu has committed a transgression of expiation by relinquishment, and without having relinquished and separated from it, without confessing the transgression, or having relinquished but not separated from it, without confessing the transgression, or having relinquished and separated from it, without confessing the transgression, if he finds another such robe that is suitable for acceptance, then that too will be relinquished by the force of the previous one, but he will not transgress because of it. If a bhikṣu has committed a transgression of expiation by relinquishment, and as long as he has not confessed from the object of relinquishment, and without confessing separately, if he places near him a begging bowl, or a Dharma robe, or a mat, or a bowl, or a belt, or any other monastic necessities, then that too will be relinquished by the force of the previous one, but he will not transgress because of it. What is permissible, and in accordance with the standard, and exceeding the standard, is without fault. For a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative, having received full ordination without deterioration, there is no fault. What has come into hand, and what has come into the vicinity of sight, is without fault. Verbal expression is without fault. The agent of this is also as before, namely, the one who primarily generates the thought on the object of a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative. The definition of not a relative and of thought is as before. For this, possessing the limbs becomes an actual transgression, namely, a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative, a robe, what is permissible, verbal expression, and acceptance. If the limbs are incomplete, then there is a slight fault as appropriate. Among these, when it is said "a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative," it indicates that having such a thought about a bhikṣuṇī who is not a relative, or being in doubt, is shown as a limb. When it is said "robe," it is to exclude a begging bowl and medicine, etc. When it is said "permissible," it indicates that the material is pure and permissible, and in accordance with the standard, is shown as a limb. When it is said "verbal expression," it is to exclude accepting without speaking, and expression other than speech. When it is said "acceptance," it is

What is said is about things that have not yet been obtained, and eliminating the danger of not being able to see. If one action obtains one garment, or two, or many, then it is established as one basis of downfall. The downfall of action is a misdeed, and as long as one engages in the action of relinquishing downfall to obtain, until one touches the substance, it is a misdeed. For each different action performed on the substance, there is a misdeed. A Bhikshuni who perceives a relative as a non-relative, and who has doubts about a relative, has a misdeed. There is a misdeed for non-clothing. There is a misdeed for impropriety. There is a misdeed for non-verbal expression. There is a misdeed for accepting what has not been allowed. There is a misdeed for the renunciates of outsiders, as well as those who are not attached, and those who have declined. The downfall of the action of action is a subtle misdeed, as many actions as there are, so many actions of action there are, and the action of misdeed of action of action is also a misdeed, it is a subtle misdeed. Among them, first thinking in the mind is the subtle misdeed of the action of action. Then acting with body and speech is the actual misdeed of action. Then the final completion is the substance of relinquishing downfall, it should be known as such. There is a subtle misdeed for one with the appearance of a householder. There is no downfall when a Bhikshuni is perceived as a relative. There is no downfall in offering clothes to the Sangha, and in offering with good words. There is no downfall for one who loses property for the first time when receiving full ordination. There is no downfall in stating the property of faith and placing it in front, and using it without regard. There is no downfall when a Bhikshuni gives clothes etc. with broad and non-commercial language. There is no downfall in accepting with a temporary mind. There is no downfall in forgetting to give a reward. There is no downfall for a beginner, as well as a madman, as well as one with a disturbed mind, as well as one whose realm of feeling is close. What should be learned is that a Bhikshu should learn not to rely on all forms that can become a relinquishing downfall in all places and at all times. A Bhikshuni should take from the donor for the sake of exchanging precious clothes with a Bhikshu. A Bhikshu...

Clothes, etc., should be exchanged with a Bhikshuni. Exchange should be done with equal value or with what they like. The method of mending is the same as before. The fifth of the Nissaggiya Pacittiya, regarding receiving, is finished. Furthermore, the basis of the Nissaggiya Pacittiya regarding begging is twofold: the basis of enactment and the basis of permission. The basis of enactment is: The Buddha Bhagavan was dwelling in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's monastery in Shravasti. In Shravasti, there was a householder who took a wife from a family of equal status. He played with her, rejoiced, and indulged in pleasure with her. He said to his wife: "Good woman, I will take merchandise and go to another country. Princess, for a while, enjoy playing, rejoicing, and indulging in pleasures in your youth, and accumulate wealth in your old age. Good woman, as long as the great elements of youth can endure cold and heat, wealth should be accumulated, and in old age, one should live in comfort." The wife thought: "Whatever I should urge him to do, he will do himself." So she said: "Princess, do so." The householder gave his wife only some food, and then took his goods and went to another country. His wife thought: "My husband is shivering from the cold when it is cold, suffering from the heat when it is hot, and being harmed by hunger and thirst. He is willing to exert himself, strive, and toil to obviously accumulate enjoyment while being threatened by mosquitoes, flies, wind, sun, and the touch of poisonous snakes. All of these are done for me. Therefore, it is not in accordance with my conduct to be idle." So she went to the market, bought good cotton wool, loaded it into a fine chest, and had a skilled weaver weave fine cotton cloth. Then, she perfumed the cloth with various incense and placed it in a cloth casket. The householder also accomplished his task well, earned a profit, and returned successfully. The wife bathed the householder and offered him the cotton cloth. The householder thought: "I only left her some food,
