And, it shows the modification and the detailed explanation of what should be proclaimed. Among them, the conclusion of the removal of the Sanghavasesa offenses is indicated by "Venerable ones, I have finished reciting these thirteen Sanghavasesa offenses." "Venerable ones" refers to the address. "I have" refers to the proclaimer. "Sanghavasesa" refers to the fact that the offense depends on the Sangha, is related to the Sangha, and relies on the Sangha, that is, the offense is purified from the Sangha, not from an individual. Furthermore, the four Parajika offenses are without remainder, while this is with remainder, therefore it is called Sanghavasesa. "Dharma" refers to holding its own characteristics. "Thirteen" refers to determining by the previously mentioned numbers. "Finished reciting" is said in order to conclude the meaning of the vow and to make the listeners happy. The detailed explanation of these is: among them, nine offenses are determined by the initial offense itself. Four offenses are indicated by "within three times." "From these" refers to from the removal of these thirteen Sanghavasesa offenses. "Nine are" refers to emitting semen, physical contact, speaking with a defiled mind, seeking offerings and praise, serving, houses, monasteries, and groundlessly slandering, and agreeing with matters unrelated to others. "Determined by the initial offense itself" refers to first creating the action and gross offense, then according to the actual situation, it first becomes an offense, and it arises together with it. For these, the Sangha first admonishes, and prevents through admonition and the four karmas, but does not follow in a way that does not give up, therefore there is no actual establishment. "Four are" refers to creating division in the Sangha, following the dividers, disparaging householders, and making people unhappy. "Within three times" refers to becoming the actual situation through reciting the karma three times, that is, first creating the action, then the Sangha admonishes and

When preventing with prayer and four karmas, not letting it go by following, after the prayer, the karma sentences should be spoken up to three times. If it is not let go, then the end of the third karma sentence becomes fundamental. Including these, these are called Sanghavasesa that are transformed by admonishment. Expiation is when a Bhikshu has committed any of those offenses, and as long as he knowingly conceals it, during that time, he must unwillingly undergo Parivasa. After the Bhikshu has unwillingly undergone Parivasa, thereafter for six days, he must practice making the Sangha happy. After the Bhikshu has practiced making the Sangha happy, preventing expulsion, acting according to the Dharma, if the Bhikshu makes the Sangha's mind happy, then where there is a Sangha of twenty Bhikshus, that Bhikshu should be expelled. If a Sangha of less than twenty Bhikshus expels that Bhikshu, then that Bhikshu has not been expelled, and those Bhikshus should also be blamed, because it shows that this is the ritual. This shows the expiation ritual and general karma of Sanghavasesa offenses. Among them, Bhikshu refers to the one who expels the offense. Having committed any of those offenses means having committed any of the fundamental offenses among the thirteen Dharmas of Sanghavasesa. As long as one knowingly conceals it means knowingly that one has committed a fundamental offense of Sanghavasesa, concealing it with a concealing mind, and not confessing to others. During that time, he must unwillingly undergo Parivasa means that as long as one knowingly conceals it, during that time, that Bhikshu must unwillingly and unhappily undergo the act of Parivasa. Parivasa refers to the name of the punishment karma performed to purify after concealing a Sanghavasesa offense, which is to move the Bhikshu from a completely pure place where he naturally abides to another completely impure place. After the Bhikshu has unwillingly undergone Parivasa, thereafter for six days, he must practice making the Bhikshus happy.

That is to say, as long as he knowingly conceals it, he is transferred against his will. After that, he should practice making the Sangha of one region happy in order to remove himself from the Sanghavasesa offense. The so-called practice of making happy means the act of reverence and offering that makes all the Sangha happy with reverence, Dharma, and material enjoyment. A Bhikshu can only be removed after practicing making happy, that is, the Bhikshu practices making the Sangha happy for six days. After that, the Sangha can only undertake and rely on the act of removal that removes him from the Sanghavasesa offense. The so-called removal refers to the name of the act of restoring from the Sanghavasesa offense. The so-called acting in accordance with the Dharma means that in order to remove himself from the Sanghavasesa offense, he prepares in the place, strikes the Ghandi, and truthfully admonishes the Bhikshus with the words of questioning, so that all the Sangha dwell and harmonize, and so on, performing actions in accordance with the Dharma. The so-called Bhikshu making the Sangha's mind happy means that after he has made all the Sangha dwell and harmonize, he takes off his shoes, exposes one shoulder, prostrates in the direction of the elders, squats and joins his palms, and recites three times the mantra of praying to remove himself from the Sanghavasesa offense, thereby making the Bhikshu's Sangha's mind happy. The so-called Bhikshu should be removed where there is a Sangha of twenty Bhikshus, that is, the Sangha should perform the ritual and Karma of removing the Bhikshu from the Sanghavasesa offense where there is a Sangha of twenty or more Bhikshus. The so-called removal refers to the name of the ritual and Karma of the Sangha removing the Bhikshu from the Sanghavasesa offense. If a Sangha of less than twenty Bhikshus wants to remove the Bhikshu, then the Bhikshu has not been removed, and those Bhikshus should also be blamed. For this, the ritual is as follows.
